Garcelle Beauvais and Laura Leighton have joined the cast of ABC's drama pilot "Eyes," which revolves around the workings of a high-powered risk-management corporation.

Beauvais will play an employee at the company. Leighton will play an attorney. Beauvais currently co-stars on ABC's veteran drama "NYPD Blue," which will end its run next season. Leighton is best known for her stint on Fox's "Melrose Place."

In other casting news, Marisol Nichols has been tapped to star in Steven Bochco's project "Blind Justice" for ABC; Rob Estes has come on board Fox's "Oahu"; Elizabeth Mitchell, Milo Ventimiglia, Travis Schuldt and Izabella Miko have joined ABC's "Gramercy Park"; and Jamie Denton and Ricardo Chavira have been added to the cast of ABC's "Desperate Housewives."

"Blind Justice" centers on a homicide detective (Ron Eldard) reinstated after he was blinded on the job. Nichols, a regular on Showtime's "Resurrection Blvd," will play a homicide detective who works with him.

"Oahu" is described as an "Upstairs, Downstairs" look at the guests and staffers of a luxury Hawaiian hotel. Estes will play a managing partner at the hotel. Estes' credits include "Melrose Place" and NBC's "Providence."

"Gramercy Park" revolves around three nannies and the families they work for in a tony New York building.

Mitchell (NBC's "The Lyon's Den") will play an actress married to a successful Broadway director who resents the transition to motherhood.

Ventimiglia (the WB Network's "Gilmore Girls") will play the in-and-out-of-rehab son of a well-known heart surgeon who returns home with his girlfriend and their child.

Schuldt (ABC's "10-8") will play a twentysomething heir uncomfortable with his wealth. Miko ("Coyote Ugly") will play an au pair and aspiring actress.

"Desperate Housewives" revolves around the secret lives of four women living on a cul-de-sac. Denton, who most recently starred in the ABC drama "Threat Matrix," will play a single guy living in the neighborhood, while Chavira will play the husband of one of the women (Eva Longoria).
