It was hard watching Tom the contractor have to tell Sookie and Lorelai that he really needed to be paid. His character is funny, so sarcastaic and grumpy, but really a nice guy underneath.
I was so happy that Richard finally blew up at Trix. Emily was a riot, she was positively glowing - when she sent the maid back to the kitchen with the salads and them reminded Richard that they paid Trix back in two months. Classic. I love Kelly Bishop and Emily's character.
I have to say I was a little ticked at Sookie and her attitude. Yes, she has a baby, but lots of moms, have sleepless nights then have to get up and forge ahead anyway. Really it was not like Sookie.
It was frustrating that Lorelai and Rory couldn't hook up on the phone for just a minute. Its' hard when you're feeling snowed under and can't get a minute with the person that keeps you going.
I was a little concerned about the Rory and Dean being so close. But you can see that he really isn't over her. He's totally tuned in to her.
L/L -- Come on already, haven't we waited long enough. Scott/Luke did a great job really comforting. Rubbing Lorelai's shoulder and head. I agree with everyone that said that Lauren crys better than Alexis does.
Good episode.
