hey!  i love marty too.  i really hope him and rory get to be good friends again this coming season.  i don't know if i want them to date but having him as her best guy friend would be awsome.  i love season 5 when he would hang out and talk about paris.  he's so funny

OMGosh! Marty can sing! and really, really well! (if anyone wants to know its the song called "life support" and he sings right at the beginning-check it out @ itunes-i think the excerpt of the song they play is him)
anywhoo, i want a boyfriend like Marty, hes sweet, kinda quirky, but adorable, and i love how rory feels so comfortable around him (like when she falls asleep on his bed) i really want that in a boyfriend! Cant wait to see him back!

I'll admit I'm Literati, but I have to say, I'd pick Marty over Logan in a heartbeat!!! Marty is a sweet, funny, cool guy, aAnd Rory has no idea what she is missing. I love the "naked guy" scene. I couldn't believe how in the episode when Rory and Marty go hang out with Logan and his friends and they mock Marty because he doesn't have much money. I couldn't believe those jerks!!! And that scene outside "I can't go inside, I can't leave, so here I stand" made me want to go berserk on Logan and his friends. And then Rory just crushes his feelings afterward and like an hour later sleep with Logan!!! I was all "what is the world coming too???"

Every single guy rory has been interested in has liked her and pined over her. As much as I love Marty, I don't want him to be pulled in. I want him back, but as a friend alone.

i love marty, hes so cute in a nerdy sort of way. I love that quote in Emily Says Hello when he says: "Once i found out my father wasnt my real father, we got along real well." Marty is ahdorable and he can sing! yay! lol. Wayne Wilcox has a great voice.

so, i like just put this together, but has anyone noticed that marty is alot like luke: they both are (were i guess) friends with a gilmore girl, and liked them from the beginning, and were kinda ignored in a "like" way, and had to watch them go after other guys. Thankfully with luke he confessed his feelings and got the girl. Marty tried but rory blew him off (i still cant believe it! they were perfect for eachother) because of that, im a true Logan Loather...

I love Logan.
And I was so upset when he dissapeared.
Anyone else notice his suddenly vanishing the middle of last season?
It bugged me.
Hope to see more of Marty in episodes to come!

I agree, they are kinda similar in that way. They always want to like just say how they feel but can never get that right moment or get the courage to say it and they watch their Gilmore girls go from guy to guy and them never be one of those guys. Rory shoulda gave Marty a chance instead of stupid Logan. >:( That makes me so mad, he was so nice, and she just never gave him a freakin day!
