It's so weird. I think it just hit me today that we are never going to have another Literati moment. I mean before the show was cancelled we always had a wisp of a maybe. But now - realization has struck. And it makes me sad *runs off to watchs season DVDS*

Ok...that just made me extremely sad....
I miss them sooo much. Even if we had  more Literati moments it still wouldnt be enoguh. It will never be enough.
On ABC fmaily the re runs are on season 3 so Its right when Jess and Rory are 1st gettingg together and it makes me really really sad and happy at once. And Smad.
Im thinking about "Then She Appeared" and its making me smile so...think of the goodtimes and maybe be happy about them for a little while.

Goodness you all made me so sad.  I mean, we knew the chance for another Literati reunion was small, but it was still there.  And now, we only have season 2 and 3.  (I guess 4 and 6, but those are so sad, I almost hate to watch them even if Jess is in them.)

I'm rewatching the series (again!) from my DVD's and I'm super-excited because tonight is "I Can't Get it Started" which is an amazing episode.  That episode always holds so much promise.

Miranda - Oh yeah.  There is no doubt in my mind that he used Shane 99% just to make Rory jealous.  And -- luckily for us -- it worked!!

Hah, I just finished I Can't Get It Started.  I love the kiss.  Jess is just standing there looking so darn irresistable...how could anyone not kiss him?  Sheesh.  I love the look he has though.  Like he knows.  Rory wouldn'tve been able to do anything else.  I love that episode.

Sharon--My favorite line is a series of lines.  Hold on, let me find the script.  Aha.  After searching here it is.

Jess: So did you send me a letter?
Rory: No.
Jess: Postcard?
Rory: No.
Jess: Smoke signal?
Rory: Stop.
Jess: A nice fruit basket?

It's from Haunted Leg and I love that scene because it's so obvious they like each other but each has their own distraction.  Plus, Jess' facial expression with Rory's is great.  There are many other lines I love, but that came to mind.  It's midnight, I'm sleep-deprived.  Tomorrow I'm going to wake up and be like "What was I thinking?"

I think you're a great Discussion Starter! I was about ready to hurl my guts from all the Elmo talk. 

My favorite line is from "Teach Me Tonight". I'll give the dialogue leading to it, it's the last one i highlighted, where Jess sounds momentarily sincere about his feelings:

JESS: You’re gonna be an overseas correspondent?

RORY: Yes, I am.

JESS: You’re gonna crawl around in trenches and stand on top of buildings and have bombs going off in the background and some wars raging all around you?

RORY: What, you don’t think I can do it?

JESS: No, I do. Just sounds a little too – .
