Has anyone finished their Holiday shopping yet? I only got gifts for my mom, my boyfriend and my brother's girlfriend. Brothers girlfriend? Have too much mony, do we   Well, as for shopping I have to start that soon. I've been done with school since Tuesday (college) and am now enjoying my break. As far as shopping goes, don't have much done. I have a feeling this is going to be a busy week for me. What I find funny is I have idea after idea for my mom, but as far as my brother all he wants is cash and my dad, I haven't the clue what he wants. Maybe I should buy him a nice tie. He doesn't wear them, but it is a nice time to start. It would sure make things easier for everyone.

 I received my package today!!! I was so excited!!! I ran inside to open it! I received a great cd  by The Decemberists and a little something from my Secret Santa's hometown (can't tell because it might give away who it is). I loved my gift!  Thank you so very much Secret Santa!Oh, and this part was very cool - the address label with my name on it had a picture of our wonderful Gilmore Girls!!! So creative!

Wow, some of yall have already received your gifts! Exciting! So I'm assuming if we get our present now, we don't have to wait until Christmas to open it?? Last year I waited but I know if I get mine early this time I'll probably open it right away, lol. I wonder when I'll get it.  |

Yes, I echo that Mel! Plus it is fun for your Secret Santa to hear what you have to say about your gift and a relief to them to know it arrived to you safely. Remember - they took the care to pick something out just for you! There is a lot of joy in giving just like there is in receiving! Also - I wanted to remind everyone that some packages are coming internationally and may take a bit longer - so be patient! It will be worth the wait to receive something from the other side of the world.  |
