I don't think you could have summed it up better in one sentence. My idea of a true Gilmore Girl is someone who loves guys but can be happy with or without. That's why i felt that Rory's rejection of Logan's marriage proposal to follow her own path was true to her original character.

I agree with the idea that Rory is better alone and if she's not alone then a think that she should be with Jess but definitly not with Logan or a new guy because I just don't think that a new guy could reach up to the standards that Narcos, Sophies or Literatis expect for Rory.

That's a good point. Gilmore Girls has some of the most hardcore fans for ships. Narcos, Sophies, and Literatis also fill the gap for almost any guy imaginable, he'd have to be an alien to avoid being repetitve.

That's a good point. Gilmore Girls has some of the most hardcore fans for ships. Narcos, Sophies, and Literatis also fill the gap for almost any guy imaginable, he'd have to be an alien to avoid being repetitve. 

I agree that no New Guy could fit into the plans of those who have already decided who Rory belongs with. But when the series ended, Rory was going out into the world as she never has before. She will be meeting tons of new people. She is young and there will be plenty of opportunities to meet new guys who are unique from her past ones, even those without a dirty stinking trust fund.

I like rory w/ a guy just not Logan, he was a jerk to her and asking her to marry him in front of all those people, I mean they all wanted her to say something right then and there and I think everybody knows rory has to make a pro/con list first!!! Logan is such a jerk.

I agree anyone who doesn't know that Rory needs to make a pro-con list before even deciding how to do her hair then they really shouldn't even consider marrying her!!

I can't really pinpoint it but there's something about Logan that just makes me wanna be sick. I dunno what it is though?!

Ok, let me know if you think of it because i'm interested to know! Maybe because he fooled around with all those bridesmaids while he and Rory were temporarily on the outs? Maybe because he comes from the same snooty world as Emily? Maybe because when you see his pretty boy face you want to take a pie and push it into his face?
