After Rory stormed in and out, Lorelai turned back to Noah. I'll handle that later... she thought.
"What are you pretending Noah? I never did anything wrong, I'm trying to be the perfect girlfriend, and trying to make this all work...What did I do?" she asked, feeling like she was going to cry.
Lorelai woke up two days later from her coma. Noah. Where was Noah? she thought nervously. All she remembered was the building collapsing, and then a piece of drywall falling on her head. She felt sick. A doctor walked in.
"You're up." he said.
"Noah..." she whispered. The doctor explained everything to her, that Noah was dead. Then he said something else.
"You're pregnant, Lorelai." she broke down.
