I've read some of the Alex Rider books, and I think they are really good. They're pretty easy to read, but they are very interesting.

Thats good to know!! I wanted to start the first book today but I ended up babysitting all day and then hanging out with my friend this eveing and just never got around to it. I will probably start it tomorrow though after church. When I was in the 6th grade a bunch of guys in my class read those books and my teacher always wanted the girls to get into them too but we never would read them.....lol. Even though im in the 8th grade now and she is not my teacher anymore she will be happy to know that I am trying them!!! lol

Contrary to popular belief, I DO still exist! I have just been super busy with this little thing I like to call life.  Grin Gosh, have I missed the ORG! Just wanted to stop in here, and post something. I adore the "Alex Cross" series by James Patterson. Try them if you like mystery/CIAish novels. Hard to describe, I'm not the best with words.  Kiss

I haven't, but I know tons of people who have. Some say it hurt heaps, some say they barely felt it. I guess it depends on your pain threshold, but I don't think it's all that bad.

To be honest, I think you should tell your friend. As a friend, you have an obligation to look out for her, and I think you should tell her what you've heard. It's up to her whether she believes you, or does anything about it, but I think you should sit her down, and explain to her what you heard.

Yeah. Also, maybe you would want to bring your best friend so that she could talk to 2 people who heard it.
