Thanks!
Okay, so there is this guy (I have mentioned him several times) and he always annoys me. He makes school completely miserable for me. He kicks me, and he always says how much he hates Gilmore Girls, and me, and my mom. I really hate him. I am trying to figure out what to do. I can't tell a teacher. Because, if he hits me, I punch him. My mom knows. He is a lot worst than I described. is there any other options?

have you tried to flat out ignore him? a lot of times that will make it worse for a lil while and then he will realize that you aren't going to waste your time and energy on him and he will move on. if he's really nuts though, that could make it worse. you gotta try to find someone to talk about him. it's not right for him to ruin school for you, you've gotta get an education. hmm...i could send my people after him, if you'd like!! sorry, had to add it.

That's really good advice Jay.
Often people like that thrive on the reaction. He probably likes the attention it gets him, even if it's bad attention, so like Jay says completely ignore him. Pretned he doesn't exist, if he hits you, immediatly tell a teacher, so he's caught in the act. Don't hit him back, and when he's verbally mean to you, completely ignore it, turn away, and talk to someone else.
There's always gonna be kids like that around, and that's really the only way to deal with them.
Best of luck! I hope your school days become easier for you!

Thanks Jay and Kate! Pretty sticks!
All my friends tell me to ignore him. But, he gets even more annoying, and then I start screaming at him, which makes it worst. Oh yeah, a few days ago, he called one of my best friends. She told me what he said. It was like.
Friend:Hi.
Mean guy: Gilmore Girls is stupid, fat, and ugly, and so is Amber's mom! *Hangs Up*
Most of my friends don't do a lot about it. They just try to keep me from puching him. I have one friend who helps me with John, but only when John is being mean to him too. Like, the mean guy started saying that he's fat, even though he isn't. The mean guy is really whimpy. He skipped a grade, and I really wish he hadn't!

ya know what I think? that that mean guy is really insecure, or just plain crazy. I know what you mean that ignoring him doesn't help, some guys I used to go to school with bugged this other guy, but they always bugged each other for fun, you know, said stupid things, it was supposed to be funny (your mean guy obviously is just mean), but this guy took everything seriously, and he was so stressed out about it he got stiff one time, but I don't mean the stiff like..*khm lol yea* he was actually all stiff, he couldn't move his legs or hands or anything. It was like some sort of shock something, and our teacher told us girls to look after him, and we tried but he was rude to us so we were all like what the heck, why are we trying, so I'm just saying, don't let him get to you, it's not worth your nerves and time. I know it bugs you, but just don't take it seriously. ---> I know stupid advice cause you obviously can't. Ah just a story.

And I don't get why the punching him back doesn't work, it should work. (yeah yeah, violence is not the answer, believe me, sometimes it is).

Does this guy have any friends he wants to prove him self to, or some other stupid guy thing?

Nah, violence isn't the answer, you need to stop hitting him back. It's clearly not working, and violence never does anything, except things you don't want. Trust me. Ines is right, he's probably insecure, in need of attention, and you're giving him the attention he wants by reacting. Stop reacting, take away the attention, in a short while, he'll move on,

^^well, violence can help. I don't mean like beating the crap out of little kids, like um...example - when she was in school, my mom had this wooden pencil case, it was actually a box for domino's, since they didn't have a lot of money, and a guy that was sitting behind her always bugged her, tugged her by her braids, and she hit him with the box on the head haha, and he never touched her again. She did go to the principal and everything, but no one ever bugged her haha.

But yeah, I guess in this case, best to ignore. Just don't let yourself be too affected. not worth it.

Yeah, but that kid's probably pretty screwed up now. Violence stays with people, even when you think it doesn't, it does.
Oh, and those wooden domino boxes are rad!!

haha yeah.
Maybe he gets it at home or something. Wherever it comes from, yeah, he's probably screwed up. Maybe if ignoring him is too hard she should change the reaction? I know one time, a girl was yelling at me and some other girls for no good reason (or I can't remember why anyway) and I was just...looking at her...and started to laugh, I dunno, she was just really funny. And she was stunned haha I loved the look on her face.

Hahah, that's pretty classic!! Yeh, I mean, the main thing is to take the power out of what the person is doing, then they'll stop I guess laughing at them achieves that too!!

Poor guy!

He doesn't want to prove himself to anything. He just likes being a jerk. is best friend helps him. They did this last year too.
It doesn't really make sense, because I am like 4 times as strong as him.
Okay, I'll TRY to ignore him. It never works though. I always try. But, in 2 years, it hasn't worked.
I've met his parents before. They don't seem that mean.
So, I should laugh at him?
Yeah, domino boxes are cool!
Thanks everyone! Pretty sticks to danceprncss92, Kate, and Ines[/color][/b]
Okay, this is on October 3rd now.
I have been ignoring him more. it's helped a lot! Thanks everyone!
