I've personally e-mailed Michael Ausiello about The Great8Mandate with no response. I'm seriously considering sending him some Snapple, smurfs figurines, Tasti D-Lite, or whatever else he likes in hopes of getting him to cover our cause.  ~Heidi lol what are they? chocolates? i think those e-mail adresses are just for autographs, i klnow them..but i will send them an e-mail anyway i really hope that there will be an 8th season..i mean we are doing soo much..they should be scared of us if there is no 8th season.. we are more people than the entire cast..lol i signed the petition and i was number 216 |

I love the girmore girls. It wouldn't be the same on Tuesday nights without that show on. I have a lot of great memories watching that show with friends and then me and my mom use to watch it together when it first started. Please keep it coming. I love that show

Lets keep up the good work! I passed on the link to this thread on the baby center.com, some of the other mommies-to-be there are huge GG fans and they were asking if this was the last season! It was a perfect time for me to bring up our project.
Also, when discussing the possible end of the season PLEASE DO NOT POST spoilers about what is predicted or said to happpen. Please be considerate of those here who do not read spoilers!

How is everyone doing with the Great8Mandate? I'd love to hear about the letters, emails, blogs, myspace postings ect. and any response and interest you've drummed up. Plus, it would great to get new ideas. Hiedi thinks it is a good idea to email CW & TV executives every few days but to change up what we write and adding fresh ideas and attention getters would be ideal! Post your fresh, to the point correspondence and attention getter ideas so we can inspire one another and the folks at CW!  |

Thanks Heidi I've been e-mailing people at the CW for a long time about getting an eighth season. I am doing anything I can to keep the show alive. It's the best show ever. Hopefully with lots of people e-mailing them they will realize that its a great show and make the eighth season. I've got lots of time cause schools been closed for 4 days and weve got a 3 day weekend cause of Presidents Day. I'm gonna go skiing though to pass some time. Way to go all Great8Mandate supporters!!!!!
