I agree it would be the best of the best if EVERYONE returns full time. If that isn't possible though, I do think that it could be done and done well, even if Rory is only on part time. She is off to college and could galavant with Logan and call in ect. I think it could work and it would give the series enough time to fully bring all the Starshollow characters story full circle before saying goodbye.

I agree. but, if there are in 7th Heaven fans around, they will know.  It didn't work out for them.  They closed Season 10 on a VERY high note, and then were done.  But, they got a second chance as the CW picked up the show.  Now, half of the original Camdens aren't on anymore, and the show is not very high quality.  It has cheesy plot lines, and it didn't work for them.  I would rather have Gilmore Girls end on a high note, then try something, and be known to have their last season/episode fail.  And I think that most people will Agree.

The Great8Mandate I agree keep the season's going! Please don't stop I would be very dissapointed! Thank You Heidi for getting this going & for all that you do for us Gilmore Girl Fans! I own every seasons box set and I watch them all of the time and i'm glued to the tv when the show is on the CW channel!

I haven't had a chance to post in the thread yet, but wanted to let everyone know that I'm totally on board!!! I've mailed a few letters and am working on more this week! I've been so busy but this is something that has taken priority for me in personal life!! I hope that the word is being spread and there will be some kind of impact made...let me rephrase...I know there will be some impact, a great one!! Those on the ORG are dedicated fans and wonderful people so who would not listen to us?!

   I am SOO putting one on my myspace. A load of my friends srfe intop gilmore girls so I will probably get even more. Will send snail mail later. What should we write about? Just how much we would hate it if there was no season eight? Alexis has a myspace. She said that she checks her messages put she has an away message on. Has anyone tried her agent or publicist or assistant or anything?
   Also, I am willing to create a blog to add to the chain. I would probably not stop watching just because it would kill me...I wouldn't like it as much. Imagine if they pulled an OC and killed Rory??!! *shakes awful images from head*
