That has not been decided yet on when and where we are discussing but the answer to that will be posted as soon as possible. Yes, we are reading the first 6-8 chapters. If you have a really good question or topic idea for a conversation you could always PM it to me.

It's alright - that will give us all a bit more time to read and get good and ready! At least we've got the book so that's all good! Smiley We'll have a great book club! Just wait...we will! Grin

Star Summer Reading Question Star
Or a winter, fall, or spring reading question for those that aren't experiencing summer right now...

Pow List to top three books that you've read this summer that you would recommend for a good summer book?

1. Speak - Laura Halse Anderson
2. Barefoot - Erin Hiderbrand
3. Heroin Diaries - Nikki Sixx *nothing like a little light summer reading. Ha! Had to put it in there.

It's so hard to pick just three great summer books - or books I've read this summer. I have surprisingly read quite a few books this summer, hadn't thought I'd get through as many. I wanted to compile a nice summer reading list for next year but by next year there will be a whole new slew of books out.

HEhe, my 3 'summer' books I've read:
1- Fundamentals of nursing
2 -microbiology for medicine
3 -Introduction to pathology

Introduction to Pahtology was good, Fundamentals took awhile to really get started, and I wasn't a fan of the character portrayls in microbiology.

I read "The Truth About Forever" By Sarah Dessen It's actually my favorite books by her and one of the only ones that i've liked...
And I also read "Breaking Dawn" of course!!!!!!
And at the moment I am also reading "The Host" By Stephenie Meyer, its not as good as the Twilight series but it is still really good.

HA! I think I'll get right on reading those summer books! They sound like good reads! Wink I totally get it though, until this summer, I had only those fun reading books to read too. I hope you get a chance to read something for fun sometime in the near future...if you like to read. I can't remember if you like to read for pleasure much or not....

Hey Mary - I heard that Stephanie Meyer had written others besides the Twilight series and had wondered if they were any good. Thought I might try one of those first, good to know. I'm glad to see ya around tonight.

Alright, I'm reading Poppy Z. Brite's Lost Souls right now...it brings me back to years ago, sitting in a coffee shop reading this book, a good memory! I'll cruise through it and THEN I'll really try reading Twilight again! Smiley

Hey Mel, yeah I would totally reccomend "The Host" it kinda takes a while to figure out what's going on at the beginning, but it is a really good book once you figure it out.

I have to read "The Pearl" by John Steinbeck for school, which starts in like 11 days. Smiley And I haven't started yet... lol

The Host takes a bit more to get into but it will hook you like Twilight, I swear!!!
