I think that this could maybe be a turning point for Lorelai... she can actually see what she was running away from... she doesn't need a life like that again! She needs to come to her senses and go back to Luke.

I'm really glad Rory and Lane seem to be friends again. I missed that the last season or so, how they grew apart. It's really nice to see them together again. Lane and Zach are so cute together! That part where they were relieved that they both didn't want the baby to come was hilarious

Yeah, i think it was a successful test of their friendship that Rory & Lane were going in different directions but still maintained their bond. Rory is at Yale and Lane is in S.H. married and preggers, but they never lost that connection. It's a sign that they are destined to be life-long friends.

I hated this episode, it BLEW CHUNKS.


Zach is a complete tool, the writers should've paired Lane with Brian. 

Their conversation about the baby was silly and juvenile, she's preggers DEAL WITH IT!


Kept hoping that Puke would've popped up and laid a haymaker on Christopher.

All I have to say about the black hat is this.  That hat f*cking sucks! 

I liked this one a bit because it showed Lorelai going through what I think is a bit of an existential crisis because of her break-up with Luke and her parents' lack of reaction.  I think she did realize that not all the things her parents wanted were that bad.  The cotillion was fun and I liked that little girl Charlotte.

I liked the stuff involving Lane and Zach freaking out and Rory's attempt to do phone-sex texting were funny. 

I thought what Chris said was thoughtful that he would wait for Lorelai for many years.  Yet, he doesn't regret what he did that night really bothered me.  He stole a man's fiancee.  What kind of man is that? 

I kinda felt sorry for Lorelai in all of this.  I think it goes back to all of those relationships she had with Max, Jason, Alex, and even Luke and how they all faltered.  Alex simply disappeared when Max came back into Lorelai's life briefly.  Jason was gone because he tried to sue Richard and Lorelai didn't want anything to do with that.  Max seemed to be the right guy for her because he can offer Lorelai many things but it wasn't enough for Lorelai to love as she ended their engagement. 

Now that she and Luke had imploded.  I think she is confused.  Being with Luke may have been great for a while but I think for her, Luke had a point about all of the things they had to deal with.  Her parents' disapproval and the presence of Christopher as many said in the past and for a long time that Lorelai should've been with Christopher.  After hearing Chris say those words and what Luke had said to her in their last meeting.  This is Lorelai Gilmore completely throwing the towel in some ways of her individuality, her persona, and her role of being a woman and just go for something that is safe and familiar in Christopher. 

Now the disintegration of Lorelai Gilmore officially begins...
