I can't believe that Lorelai's date was played by none other than the great Max Perlich of Drugstore Cowboy and Beautiful Girls.  Man, that date sucked for Lorelai.  It was funny though.  Yet, it was so sweet to see Sookie and Jackson.  Luke, almost, almost asked Lorelai on a date but Mrs. Kim.

Damn! 

Lane must've had a very bad date but at least Rory was there to be her friend.  I know it must've sucked for Rory to lie to her mom but at least it was to protect them both from the wrath of Mrs. Kim.

Poor Lorelai, Rune was quite the nasty little Gnome.

Sookie and Jackson are adorable together, hope they continue to date.


will there future episodes that feature Lane, I sure hope so.

Yes, there will be future episodes that will feature Lane. 

This was like a 50/50 Like/Hate episode for me.

Really hated Rune.  Lorelai should have just steped on that little man and squished him like a bug.   Sookie and Jackson are so cute together.  A little strange, but cute.  They fit.

I liked the Lorelai and Luke scene and really wanted to punch Mrs. Kim for ruining the moment for them. 

Liked Todd's comment.  "Rory's mom is a babe"  and how it is the one thing that was learned from the night. 

Don't know how Lane could have ever seen anything in Todd even before the date.  He is sooooo not her type in any way, shape or form.
