I have always thought that Caesar was such a sweet guy and kindda good looking.  He was so adorable dancing in the diner after hours

(I have searched for a Caesar appreciation thread and have not found one)

Ceaser is a totally random character that makes you smile.  Here's to Ceaser appreciation, because, heck, what's he ever done to not be appreciated? :)

I love how long it takes him to relate back to Luke the message that April wants to talk to him. He's so silly! Such a cutie, even if his pancakes aren't as fluffy as Lukes

I agree with IwishIwasLorelai. He's also so nice and friendly. He's always there for Luke whenever Luke needs someone to cover for him!

I think it's great that Ceasar has a thread.  I wonder if the actor that plays Ceasar speaks spanish, he sounds like he might.  I say that to say that I wonder if he and Alexis ever chat in Spanish, cuz I read somewhere that she is Hispanic *woot* and can speak Spanish fluently.  I like when Ceasar tried to create his own salad and name it after himself, but Lane said it would be too confusing.  He should just call it "Apostrophe S" ... I love the poll!

Ceasar is awesome. he's such a sweetheart and so funny!!!! here are some fond Ceasar moments:

-he was dancing and singing when lorelai came to the diner after the blow-up at the vow renewal
-he started serving cold bananas when luke was on april's trip, and he put up goofy signs like "How about a
     nice plate of Chicken Fingers?"
-naming his salad Ceasar's Salad
-he chased Kirk when he started getting up and serving people at Luke's

Yeah and he was eating out of the pie plate and denying it all to Lorelai as if that was what was really on her mind
