Hey I can help. The Glasses/contact thing. The question when they asked if she wore Contacts she was asking if they were color inhancing contacts. And she was saying that she doesn' wear those kind. And Yeah Lauren wears glasses [she wore it on a conan interview I think it was???] So.. it doesn't bother me because.. I get it.. LOL! Hope that helps people out..

Haha, I just did a little research about the un-aired pilot..
Actor Nathan Wetherington was originally cast to play the part of Dean. However, Amy Sherman-Pallidino thought he had a gangster look to him, so she picked Jared Padelecki.
He was creepy.

This is true lol.. he looks like one of those kids that sit in the corner of a hall and watches people.. OH Wait that's what dean does ><  lol.. I love the new things you can find in the pilot that aren't in the rest of the series.. It's interesting.

I remember when I first saw this episode which was the first time I saw this show!  I love the whole coffee thing w/ Luke and Lor.  Making the first episode catch my eye has made me fall in love with the show.  Believe it or not I have all SIX seasons of Gilmore Girls and lay in bed at night and watch the episodes over and over again, plus, I have gotten many close friends intrested in the show.  I plan to get the seventh season when it comes out.  Speaking of watching Gilmore Girls I am actually doing that now, the episode is called The Yearling.

I had no idea about this!  That's so interesting!  I wonder how the story might have changed had he stayed on the cast.  And yes, this guy is creepy.

i just want to know how much i like this episode it's the first one and one of the best i really enjoy watching it again and again and i relly enjoy the way we are introduced to each carachter and sookie making a fuss in the kitchen,rory accepted to harvard and lorelai wondering if she's going to rob a bank   to pay Chilton
i like the episode so much and mainky lorelai asking for coffee at luke 's waow so fun and worth seeing

I just realized that Unionville, Ontario where they shot the pilot...I've been there! I've been to "Stars Hollow" lol! Omg I never even realized its only about 4 hours from where I live...haha. That's pretty cool.
