I've never been a big fan of ditsy, hour long drama shows. The OC drives me up the wall...
I never bothered watching Gilmore Girls, I figured it was stupid just like most others
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
One day I turned on the TV (to a random channel)
AND
It was scene with Lane and Mrs Kim
and Mrs Kim was so insane
so I watched it a little because I had nothing better to do
But, if I knew what the show was, I probably wouldn't have kept watching  Wall
Anyways...
I was so intrigued by Lorelai and Rorys wit
THEY RULE Nod

I have seen "Gilmore Girls" in my country but when I came to the States, I loved them even more. It fantastic to hear the original voices and non-translated jokes which really mean something. The new episodes air once a week here and I really love that. You can organize your time but at home, there are new episodes each day for a couple of weeks and then they start all over again.  Undecided

My brother was watching it one day and I decided to join him. Fell in love with it! The funny thing now is that he doesn't like it anymore and I'm still in love!  Smiley

I think that it's interesting how many men I know that watch this show.  I have one friend who buys the DVDs the day they come out and he watches all the episodes in a row in 2 days.  My brother also watches and so does my Dad.  It is unanimously agreed among them that Luke is the ideal man and all of them compare themselves to him.  I got them hooked by having them watch the pilot, Deer Hunters, and Kiss & Tell...I think that those three are great representations of the show and after seeing them you're hooked!

I couldn't poll because I started watching it on ABC's family channel.  There was never anything on and I got hooked like a fish on the fishing poll line.  It was great and so witty, and I loved the musical and book refrences.
