For the first season, that is a really nice credit sequence and it did feel like an opening.  They could have shown this on re-runs or something.

Its okay. I rather like the original opening. I agree that it could be used for reruns. I miss Gilmore Girls. I can not believe how long it has been since the finale. Sad

I like it for maybe the first season Undecided   its some cool clips but i think i like the original intro better!
