Well, Rory would've met Tristan who would treat her pretty badly since he's an idiot. Then she'd meet Jess, the other bad boy and well... she would find her intellectual equal and her second boyfriend.
What if Dean returned to Rory's life instead of Jess when she's with Logan and had dropped out of Yale?

Lorelai would have got with and stayed with Luke and she would have never married Christopher. Rory and April would have become great friends, and Jess would have never been in the show.

He'd probably be Rory's first boyfriend instead of Dean but it would be complicated and it wouldn't really work out. We need Dean first, Jess second. At least Jess would kick Tristin's ass.

Lorelai would not know whether to tell him. She wouldeventually tell him and Luke would initially get angry with her for not telling him sooner, They would have a massive fight, not speak for a few weeks until things calmed down and Luke thanked Lor for telling him. Then maybe L/L would have got together sooner.
What if...Dave (Lane's boyfriend) had not moved away to California?

Her and Lorelai would of fallen out for awhile and rory would have moved in with lane. Then Rory and Lorelai would becoe friends again and Rory would of had the baby and stayed to live with Lorelai but let logan be in its life. Just not get back together with him.
