Melissa McCarty will be playing the part of Molly in Mike and Molly a pilot produced by Chuck Lorre. The part of Mike will be played by Billy Gardell.
Melissa is also in the new Jennifer Lopez movie that will be coming out soon. The title of the movie is not coming to me at the moment. I will have to check on that and come back with it.

Love all of the great things that are happening for Melissa McCarthy. Bridesmaids has really been a big boost in her career. She has been on a lot of the talk shows several times over especially since you emmy win. Loving Mike and Molly.

I've seen a few episodes but never really got into it. Pretty funny but overall nothing special..
Let's talk about her real accomplishment.. Bridesmaids, anyone? Best movie in the world. And I had such a hard time relating her back to Sookie cause the character was just so different! Glad to see she can be diverse and awesome!

Haha I'm glad you said something...I'm thinking "Someone please mention how awesome Bridesmaids was!" Hehe.
She looked so different from Sookie, and yet was soo awesome and believable in such a funny role.
Awesome stuff!
I saw a couple episodes of Mike and Molly and she's funny in that too, but I'm not much of a sitcom person either so I haven't gotten into watching it regularly.
