Considering that I just watch the season finale on One Tree Hill, I have fresh hatred for him. Lol.
The only character I've liked by him is Austin in Cinderella Story.

I actually love his sleazy act as it's so believable and in a story i'm writing he's my idea of the charming but awful bad guy
