You know Gilmore Girls has many beloved characters but thoughout the series some characters come along and eventually are phased out. For example Bootsy the newspaper guy who owned a news stand in town. Or the town Troubadour who used to sing along the streets of Stars Hollow.

Anyways...this is a page for all those charaters who have come along and made a footprint in Gilmore Girls.

Remembering some of the forgotten characters:

1. Boosty-The newspaper stand owner
2. The Offical Town Troubadour
3. Drella-the Independence Inn Harpist

I loved Drella!! Grin.  She was so funny.  I too wondered what ever happened to bootsy. Cry.  Also I have to mention Pete the guy from the pizza place.  He appears in the epsoide "Happy Birthday Baby" but I don't recall seeing him after that.  Mabey I'm wrong does anyone know.  I miss the Town Troubour the most. Cry Cry

Drella annoyed me so I was glad she got phased out. When was the last time the troubadour was around? I guess I watch a lot of DVD episodes so it runs together and I haven't realized he was not in episodes anymore.

I think the troubadour was in an episode this past season. So he was brought back briefly but yet again we don't see him anymore.

Yeah, the absence of the troubadour makes me sad, but Drella is not sorely missed by me. She was annoying, and not in the funny way like Michel, just annoying.

Yeah, Drella is like a Taylor to me - annoying and a pain.

I do like the Troubador, though, he was in an episode I saw yesterday "The Festival of Living Pictures" one and he was Judas Iscariot and Kirk was Jesus - that was a riot!  Smiley

I kinda liked Drella. I thought she was amusing. But she was the type that would've started to grate after awhile.

But I enjoy Taylor. I think he's a pain, but that's what makes him funny. Drella is a pain, but she just isn't funny.

What about Alex (Lorelai's season 3 boyfriend)? That was a mysterious disappearance.

I liked Drella cause I liked the idea of a harpist with an attitude. I thought it was funny that she liked playing 'Black Sabith' songs. I mean what harp player would actually be like her? Though if I have to pick between her and Michel to keep I'd keep Michel (which was a good choice on their part).

You know who I really liked?  Dave Ragowski (sp?)  - I know he went to college but I always liked him.

I'm in shock that in real life Drella & Jackson are together, that makes it interesting since the actress who played Drella was the original one who was going to play Sookie.

& yes we all miss Dave (Adam Brody), but since he's hot shot on the OC we'll probably never see him back again.  Sad, they don't even reference him any more and I'm not so sure if I like the Lane and Zach situation.
