I knew about it, but I didn't know GG was nominated for anything.  Now I feel really bad that I didn't vote, so all I can do is watch it and cross my fingers that they win!

Coffee tasts great, what is disgusting is those weird foam chocolate vanallia coffee things. When first drinking coffee drink it with lots of sugar and cream then eventually you will get used to it and be able to drink it black (the best way).   Coffee has proven helath benifits when drank in moderation.
Organic Cats, Im going into my junior year also I feel old, way to much homework.... I should be doing that now but..... I have to read the scarlet letter and keep a journal, and a math packet (like 50 pages) and Read the first 5 units in my science book (235 pages!!!!!!!) and take a test on it on the first day of school.  its like the school punishes you for taking higher level corses, only APs and L4 get asingments over the summer break and stupid me took three!!!  Why is your school starting in a week isn't that early, mine isn't starting untill the 6th of september.

Well acutually, I moved to Maryland last March (I was in Florida before that) and my school in Florida starts in early August, but we got out in middle of May, so starting at the end of August seems late to me.

Trust me, I know about summer homework. I go to a private college-prep school, and I'm taking 3 AP courses and the rest are honors. I had a total of 6 books to read, one I had to keep a jounal on, and the two for History (both over 400 pages) I had to answer questions and write a paper. I had a math packet, an assignment using the Washington Post, reports on 20 articles for Science, and I had to read a book for French, but after workig on it everyday since summer started, I am finally finished!!! 

But really, I love school, and reading, so its not a big deal. Can't wait for junior year!!!

I just watched the Teen Choice Awards and was very disapointed.  The interviews kept getting dised by celebs like Jojo and only interviewed random people who I have never heard of.  All they asked was "who are you looking fowerd to seeing" they asked every person who passed them.  The Hosts were boring and not funny some random comidian and Jessica simpson, all of the "improv" lines were too rehersed, and the presenters were also not to witty with the banter.  Only very few of the 63 awards given out at the show were shown, insted we saw four idiots attempting dare devil stunts and failing.  When the award for Choice actress in a drama, parental unit or chemestry were not presented, choice grill (fake teeth *think flavor flav*) was presented for way too long.  The only GG nominated catagory show was best comedy/musical and the award went to highschool musical. (come on that pointless over advertised annoying musical beat GG!!!!). When the only other person I was looking fowered to seeing Johnny Depp won 7 awards the fans screamed so loudly that I could not hear his speechs.  I just wasted two hours of my life watching this and will need to wait for the official results to be posted to see the smaller catagories results.

Unfortunetly, Littlegreen, I wasted my time right along with you.  I agree 100% with your complaints. The whole thing was just plain stupid.  I was so dissapointed that I didn't get to hear the Gilmore Girls nominations (exept for that one).  Although I knew High School Musical was going to win, I was still dissapointed.  I couldn't even sit through that 90 minute piece of garbage, and it won over a great show like Gilmore Girls.  Anyway, I still want to know if we won any of the catagories that weren't annonced, so if anyone knows where to find a list or something, please post.

Most of the good movies didnt win any oscar( which is the silliest award in my opinion) but most of smart people like them anyway..

I don't really belong here, but the 'Coffee is bad for your health' view vs 'Coffee is God's gift to mankind' view (The one I personally choose) actually has medical facts to throw into the mix now. Turns out Lorelai was riht and Luke was wrong the whole time.

Mmm, at the begining it sucked because I was like "new", lol. But now I don't feel like that anymore. Maybe that's because I know what I'm doing so people don't know I'm a freshman  .
