Or Marion Ross, who played Gran as well as that flighty cousin who appeared at Gran's funeral.

How about if Sean Gunn plays the mother? Dual roles!

Has Sean Gunn been acting for a long time? I don't remember seeing him in other shows, even as a guest actor.

I have no clue why I have never posted here.  Kirk is one of my favorite characters. I like his personality. I like how he is his crazy sef. Also, I like his attitude.

Thank you bingbong! ... Somehow it seems appropriate that he was on a show like Third Rock From the Sun!  Grin

If anyone is missing their Sean Gunn fix, he is now a recurring character on an ABC show called October Road. His character is named Rooster and Sean sports mohawk in it. His character is sort of an outcast, you know the weird kid in highschool not because he was geeky but because he was just different.

Good to know Mr. Gunn (love that name) is keeping employed. I never heard of October Road, but it doesn't sound like much of a stretch for him to play an outcast named Rooster. That dude is naturally hilarious. Smiley

I like to think of Kirk as being "quirky" rather than crazy. I think he's eclectic and a slight oddball, but every small town has one and Sean Gunn did a great job of portraying Kirk and all of his oddities. I just love how seriously Kirk took all of his jobs, whether he was a real estate agent or pretending to run a diner just like Luke's.

Nobody has provided a link for the Kirk movie on this thread. I watched "Teach Me Tonight" again for the Viewing Party and i cannot get enough of it. 1:52 of brilliant cinema. For the historical record, here it is:

LMAO - thanks for that Jim.  It is most definately cinematic brilliance!  I am already laughing with tears in my eyes before Grandmaster Flash kicks in but then ... wow, it just gets even better.

Kirk you are a god!!
