It's Keiko's 35th B-day today so Happy B-Day Keiko aka Lane Kim!

I can't believe that she's 35 years old!! WOW! I'd never have guessed that. I just adored her on Gilmore Girls, but to be honest, I don't know much about her. I wonder what she's doing now with her time? She's a very pretty woman. I had always connected with her character on Gilmore Girls because she was Korean. Though she wasn't adopted like me, I'd always thought she was pretty cool and a great best friend for Rory!!

Not to be a downer, but isn't Keiko actually Japanese?  I think that both she and Emily Kuroda both are.  I was really floored when I found out that she was born in 1973.  I figured that she was closer in age to Alexis.  Not that 8 years is all that much of a difference.  I remember Alexis saying at an interview for the first Sisterhood movie that it was nice working with girls closer to her own age while doing the movie. 

Have you ever seen Keiko in the movie Hair Show?  If not, you should when you get a chance.  I get a chuckle out of Keiko's part every time I watch it. 

I didn't remember her on Felicity,  Sister Sister, Beverly Hills 90210 or any of the other shows the first time they were on but I have kept an eye out for the episodes that she did on them and have been able to catch most of them.  She is really good.  I did catch her in Without a Trace and Private Practice the first time that they aired.  I really did like her in Without a Trace: Odds or Evens.  I really hope to see her in more things soon.  That is other than Major Movie Star.  I know that I won't be seeing that because I can't stand Jessica Simpson.   I want to see Keiko in a stong part.

Yes, I believe that she is in real life, but I was referring to her role on Gilmore Girls. I don't recall her being on Felicity either but have found a few episodes on youtube.com and have seen her once. It's good to know she was in some other things. Though, I'm still not sure what she's doing now. She has been quiet I think. Her official website didn't have anything new for her right now. I think she's a great actor and very pretty! I hope that she's doing something that she's happy with, whatever that might be!

I just adored her on The Gilmore Girls and anyone I saw and loved on Gilmore Girls, I expect to be doing something big and wonderful now that the show is over. But, some may not have wanted to do something new I guess. I do have to find some more information out about her. She's interesting from what I know...but I just don't know was much as I'd like to...

I really liked her on Gilmore Girls as well, Lane was a fun character.  Keiko is a really good actress and I hope that she is doing something that she is really enjoying, too.  A lot of the actors from Gilmore Girls are doing plays, and other stuff that we don't usually hear about unless we really follow them in their own sites.  I do hope that they are all doing great things right now or are enjoying their time off if that is what they are wanting to do at the moment.  If you find out anything new that she is doing, let us know here, okay?

lane is like AMAZING! if had had to choose a person from gilmore girls that i would want to be the most, it would definitely be her asians are the best, man!
