I am a total olbie - was on the last forum from the very early days - I feel like all my old friends are gone, but I have new ones now so thats cool, but I wonder where they all went. Like Rachel for instance, she left ages ago and she was a moderator.

I tried to get into the groove of things, but it changed way too much. This can be like our retirement castle...

I'm the youngest of the Olbies, Lily...And, this place was my haven for a long time. I just entered HS and I guess I've been busy, but there's something different.

Steph, I remember your icon! Wink I think you were a little before my time, though. I've been here since.. '03? I think it'll be two years pretty soon. I know I registered at the end of December.

I remember the old olbies; Hellie, Loz, Lola, Summer, Joan.

I remember Miss Suzy was the first one to reply to my post in the Intro thread. She told me where the Av (which I called an 'Icon' back then) thread was. Smiley

And Lils, you know we go way back. *hugs* And yeah, something's different this time. Unfortunatly. Sad (No offense to any new people.)

I remember the rest of you, too. Just not as well. I was more of a C&C girl while ya'll, I'm sure, were Generals. Tongue

Question on the 'olbies' thing: Shouldn't it be 'oldies' and is it a direct homage to 'newbies'?

Yeah I decided to use my old av so people would recognise and also because I don't have another one. Ahh totally remember those guys, and there was like three Laurens at one point...oh good times.

Excellent, thought it would be recognisable; I beleive a girl named Kat made it for me when I was about a month into posting, jeez that was a while ago. I remember she had a weird username - vaxpzx - or something, she never told me what it meant  Cheesy. She drifted off towards the end too.

I never went to the spoiler thread, I am glad there is a spree thread now  Cheesy Grin. But she was quite active, as were most of the mods back then.
