No real offense to all but this is a discussion of spoilers under a spoilers heading. Why would it be a problem for gilmorexgirls to post a spoiler. I would imagine that serious discussions without spoilers could happen under the Season 6 thread.

That said, I post all spoilers I come across under the "spoiler only" thread.

I just think this was an honest mistake based on the heading.

Yeah I also think it was an accident but the problem is when (as far as I have seen) 2 members have posted spoilers on non spoiler boards. Sure when you're new ya don't know the rules that well and accidents happen. I've been new here and I still make many mistakes. But you should modify your post when it's pointed out to you, or the mods will modify or re-post it for you. Those are the forum rules and are here for a reason. Cause now some people who didn't wanna know spoilers know the biggest spoiler of the season...upside: it isn't confirmed that April is his sun so they don't know a damn thing. Cause she can very well not be his after all. 

Okay now that that's said, I just wanted to say that I know what it's like, cause I've posted a spoiler in the JJ thread once when I was a newbie.  Luckily someone pointed it out to me....I think it was a mod...Summer I think it was you...THANKS! Every newbie does it once...you just wanna discuss a spoiler and when you're in a conversation with someone you don't really keep an eye on where on the forum you are and BAMM...Sorry. But it's okay once the post is modified.

gah I just watched the LL fight preview .. I don't wanna see them fight man! I'm glad I saw it now though so I'm prepared before the episode.
 I didn't like how Luke jumped right in with assumptions "how long has this been goin on?" BUT from his point of view I ALSO don't like how Lorelai started it by running and turning off the machine! Why'd she go and do that?? She shouldn't have. That makes Luke think that she DOES have something to hide, even though she doesn't.  *sigh*

I think I'll go take a stroll through Denialville Central Park

Are there actual spoilers that say Logan slept with someone else after he thought they broke up?  Or is it speculation?  Either way, it sounds a tad like Friends.  The whole thinking it's a break.  Can't say I like the idea.  Too cliche.  But, since he is still there for the year, whether they get back together or not, I do hope they explore the things brought up about him in the last episode.

I'm not a L/L fan.  I have no problem with the relationship in itself, except it takes over everything and makes Lorelai merely one half of a couple instead of Lorelai.  (How many times is Lorelai talked about on her own instead of one half of Lorelai/Luke?)  Still, I really don't want there to be any huge problems, because that would just make more opportunities to make the majority of her storylines L/L related.  They'd better not shortchange the Lorelai and Rory scenes.  Although I do like the idea of seeing Christopher again.  I suspect it's another unpopular opinion, but I like Christopher.

While it's good that Rory is going back to school and trying out journalism again, I still see some problems with her.  Once again, she's letting one person's opinion determine her course of action.  Yeah, it's positive this time, but still, Mitchum tells her she doesn't have it, she's not going to be a journalist.  The editor at Stamford says she's a good reporter, now she believes it.  I know now that she's back on track, it probably won't play out as anything but good, but I wonder if someone else in authority criticizes her, will she fold again until she gets a good word.  Maybe it'll play out better, but it looks like this from the spoilers.  And, how did the editor from Stamford know about what Mitchum said?

The cheating thing is speculation. But what else can it be. She hears bad news about him and 'hates' him in the next episode. And he said he thought he could just end it and move on.

About Lorelai not being there without being part of Luke/Lorelai. I kinda don't agree, cause we see her talk with Sookie, run her inn, handle the Rory thing. She just goes home for an LL scene. But in the old seasons she would go to the diner for an LL scene. It's still the same thing, but well I'm a JJ so it's the same thing for me cause I already saw them as a pair in those seasons.

Most posts in any GG's forum that have to do with Lorelai now, have to do with Luke.  She has scenes at the inn, she has scenes with Sookie, but no storylines lately important enough to sustain a conversation except for the storyline with Luke.  So, I really hope there's some significant time spent on her and Rory.  Her scene with Emily seems to have potential.  (Although, once again, Emily blames Lorelai for something )

hmm, just thought of a problem with Logan and Rory breaking up here.  He's joined the line of boyfriends who can't get over Rory.  I want whatever pheremones she has.

Marty didn't. But I don't think guys wanting you when you don't want them is such a good thing. Some guys should just get over it and move on....keep some dignaty and focus on yourself like Marty did. I'm not a Marty fan, but at least he told her how he felt the second he got his balls back and saw Logan approch on the horizon. And when she said 'no thank you' atleast he knew when to walk away. And if she changes her mind let her come to him. Finally a guy on GG (in Rory's life) with a backbone and a brain. Are there spec's  or spoilers about Marty, cause if Rory gets her brain back (I mean the part of her goin to school again) and also dumps Logan (like the spoiler said)...... who knows.        [/color]

I think it is a little bit of a shocker that Luke has a kid from his past.  But on the other hand, I am glad Luke is going to have a "past" so to speak.  He's a great guy and he seems perfect and I think he would make an excellent father to past and future kids :-)

I hope it's just Evil Promo Bastard being...well...a bastard.  I really dislike it when Amy gives Lorelai some common sense and I start to respect who she is as a person, then sweeps come and all of the sudden Lorelai turns immature, stupid, and self-absorbed.  Is it REALLY that hard for a woman to be loyal?  I've known lots of women (being in the gender myself) and I've only known a couple who have loyalty issues (probably because I don't hang around people who don't respect committed relationships).  Is Amy trying to say Lorelai will never mature to the point where she respects others? 

I'm ok if the problem just stems from Luke's fear that he's going to lose her, but I don't want Lorelai going down the whole self-absorbed gamut again where she's off with Christopher drinking until wee hours in the morning and not telling Luke about it.  I'm still trying to figure out why TV champions people being vile to one another though.  I'm sure being born at then end of the 50s has something to do with it.

If Amy wants to do something vile, she should have a tornado rip through Stars Hollow.  There should be enough shocking turns of events after that to keep everyone on pins and needles until the next ratings term comes around.

Don't think it hasn't crossed the writers minds. It's probably to costly otherwise they would have done it already. 

Oohh ohh, just a thought: the spoiler said that Chris will be in episode 6.10, but he isn't mentioned in the slides just like Luke telling Lorelai about April isn't mentioned anywhere. What if Luke does tell Lorelai about April and Lorelai goes to Chris (like she normally would go to Luke). This isn't a JJ freaking out about Chris, it's just that it would make sense. And that would explain the other spoiler about Chris bringing trouble. Luke would get insecure if he realises that Chris will always not only be Rory's dad but also Lorelai's oldest friend. Am I crazy now, or isn't that to outthere?

Sounds plausible to me, but a little too grown up for the way Amy likes to mess things up between L&L.  Even if that is the reason, I'm still going to be sitting in my chair going "Dude, don't make her do it!  Don't send her to Christopher's house!!!"  Yeah, I have JJ issues.

that is very possible...but at the same time Amy said that chris coming back has more to do with rory then luke nd lorelai. Buh i think that Lorelai going to chris to talk about stuff bothering her with luke would happen. before it was vice versa. Luke was the person she talked to with problems. so it shows that Lorelai always want someone to vent to. so now chris is back...buh at the same time. Lorelai might finally mature nd realize that the only way to solve problems with luke is to talk to luke. i really dnt like chris, so i hope he would jss go away nd never bother L/L again. but first love are hard to forget....maybe if chris would come back as a friend....i guess it be okay. buh he ALWAYS cause troblues in Lorelai's life. her life wuold be going so good nd then chris would come nd everything would be bad again. she would cry nd sulk for like months...buh i trsut ASP to know that she would always keep L/L together. i hope this wedding in spring would be L/L...

p.s is it true that they wont show any new episode until january after the thanksgiving one?

Wow, that is a surprising fact, lol, though i have wanted it since day 1.   well, lorelai does have a dog, and thats about her.  she has many storylines revolving around her and personally i don't mine the ones that involve luke (lol i love them actually) but she has always had storylines that have to do with him.  and lorelai is her own person, yea she may have some more of her life that has to do w/ luke (personanlly i think thats a good thing) but even when you are boyfriend/girlfriend or married you do have seperate lives (more so when u are dating than when you are married)

That would be very possible for them to do.  it fits too, but chris might be the person Lroelai has known the longest (longer than rory) .  as much as i hate chris he probably should stay in their lives a little as long as he does not mess up them at ALL!  but hopefully its somethign else that gets the situation uprising.  they try to put too much drama into it...yea its concidered a drama if you look on TV guide, but you can have drama and still have viewers happy!
