Blooper Thread!

Ok, here is a "maybe" one...We always see Emily driving a Jaguar (sp?) but later on in season 5 when she and richard are sitting at the table discussing the bills, he asks her if she wants to buy the mercedes she is leasing.  I say maybe because maybe she has two cars, or maybe she got rid of the jag for the mercedes she was leasing, but still, I thought that was odd.

I remember ins season 4 I think rorry is sitting in the gazeebo and she ends up leaving her food and coffe when she leaves (after almost getting pummeled with a stack of table clothes)

This one is jsut a bit of a pet peve...

When Lor and Chris are at Lane's wedding, Lor comments that Lane is the first of Rory's friends to get married. BUT WHAT ABOUT DEAN AND LINDSAY? That just always bugs me ever so much. *twitch twitch*

I don't think Dean and Rory are friends anymore. Plus he got divorced.

Did you ever notice in one episode Luke has a cordless phone and in the next episode i magically diapered. and there is another one lorelai said when i told my parents i was pregnant that was the only time they seemed small and then in another episode she said ya dad gets taller when he is mad when i told him i was pregnant 24 feet tall

Ok, the entire Cesar/other guy thing: When Luke first hired Lane, Rory said something like "He needed the help" or something to that effect, but in the previous episodes, that same guy who is not Cesar was working for him... Did she mean that even with the other guy Luke needed help in the diner?

Luke refers to different guys as ceasar,and they're different.  In the one where luke finds out jess is working at walmart, he calls a different guy cesar too

Hi!  I'm new, and I just read all 26 pages.      A lot of these are really good!

Here's what I noticed.  In "How Many Kropogs to Cape Cod" - when Rory is sitting in class, as soon as the class ends (immediately after the professor comments about Rory's books about wine & Haiti) Rory's cell phone rings.  This is not exactly a blooper, but I don't believe that Rory would leave her ringer on while she is in class.  Profs get really testy when phones ring during class.

And then during this phone conversation with Lorelai, Rory tells her about the Mitchum Huntzberger internship.  The conversation is weird because when Lorelai is surprised at the news, Rory says, "oh, well I guess we haven't talked in a few days."  But earlier in the exact same conversation, Lorelai is asking Rory to buy/return clothes at stores in Hartford, and Rory says, "You told me two days ago to return the sweater".  If they had just talked two days ago, then Rory should not have said that they hadn't talked in awhile.

The other one is in the "But I'm a Gilmore" episode.  At the very end of the episode, Luke is exhausted and falling asleep, and Lorelai tells him that he was her knight in shining armor that day (acting as chef since Sookie is on bed rest).  This implies that Luke helped out one day, but based on the time that Rory goes to Hartford, returns home to get her dress, and then goes to dinner at Logan's house - we know that at least two days have transpired.  It's like time is standing still in Stars Hollow, but moving forward in Hartford.

OK I don't know if this is technically a blooper, but it makes me angry (and sorry if someone already posted this)

In the Episode "I'm Ok, You're Ok" Lorelai says that she has lived in her house for 21 years... BUT didn't she move into the Independence Inn when Rory was 1 and then into her house when Rory was, like, 12? I could have sworn that's what they said sometime...
