Ok, I may have fun with the guys at work, not flirting or anything but all smiles and jokes and friendship and lunches together...whatever. Who openly seeks a new boyfriend when they already have one? Thats so hurtful to the current boyfriend and should be a warning to future boyfriends. Who is to say she wont be looking for a new boyfriend the whole time she is with you? And has she even implied that she will end the current relationship to be with you or is she just letting you know that youre not going to be her only one. Chris I would be careful if I was you, you deserve so much better. Keep her as a friend though, no harm in that.

Yeah, for those that know me... I don't think this girl is my type, but there is something I find attractive about her... so with that said I am playing it cautious, and there is nothing wrong with having more friends... but I totally get what you're saying B, whats she like if she is showing interest but dating someone... makes you wonder about her character. Gonna see what goes down today

I've been single for so long and I really love the independence... But my flatmate's wedding is tomorrow and apparently there's a guy going that 'i'm going to really get along with'

so..i live at uni now..in a house with 15 other people (uni accomodation)

and this guy i like lives on the same floor..two doors away..practically opposite me
the stupid thing is..if we were to get involved..and then it would not work out
it would be soooo hard to stay friends..i have bad experiences with this

oh..and there is this guy on my course..he is really good looking
and we talk at breakfast and sit together in class sometimes...
but i do not know...i am not really falling for him...
which is strange..i just think..he looks really good..
maybe that is my destiny..just looking at hot guys

Okay, firstly 15 other people?! I lived with 4 last year and that was hard enough! I think I would go insane!

Second, single for life don't be silly, just gotta wait a bit more and as for cute breakfast guy, you can just sit and look at his cuteness and not worry about him being all...well like a guy. It is all fine and dandy in the beginning then POW they become that jerky guy, this way you can stare at him all day long and not deal with relationship drama!

As for me, I recently split with my b/f. Kinda sucks, he became that jerk guy and it kinda came outta the blue, I was shocked but hey, gonna have to move on!! Plenty more fish etc 

At least us single people can go out, have fun do whatever and not worry about that pesky other half

hehe yea uni and relationships are hard!

I am loving it, am now in my second year (can't believe it!) and it is so much better this year than last year, as my course is practical we have so much more freedom with the cameras, we just made a documentary and are in the editing process at the moment which is kinda stressful hehe.

So what uni did you end up at in the end, and are you liking it etc?

Ah the singles thread. I've been a qualified member for a few months now. 

But being single is simply a license to meet new people, which I always love to do. I've had the classic problem recently with the best friend...and it not being totally platonic, one person wanting just friends, the other wanting more. Oh well. I think that's behind us. It really wouldn't be a good idea. Always plenty more fish, just got to find the right kind of bait.
