Oh no! You have gone to the dark side and read the Twilight series. Those books are the devil but whatever I have weird experiences with those books so no offense to you ppl who are like in love with them. Oh and I am reading the new Eragon book, Brisingr, which is pretty good so far and I have read a new 3 book series by Libba Bray that is fabulous!

i just finished reading beowulf & the canterbury tales for school. the "tales" were actually kind of funny, once i learned that everything chaucer was writing about wasn't supposed to be taken seriously...

I'm reading my first Anna Quindlen book, Rise and Shine. It's really good so far but I'm not too far into it yet. I'm hoping for the best. I haven't read her books before but heard that they're well written. I really want to like it. Has anyone else out there read her novels? What's everyone reading lately? I know the book club is going and hopefully going well. I must admit, I didn't get much time to get into the book for the book club so I'll join in next time and am really looking forward it.

has anyone read any nicholas sparks books? i think once i'm done with eclipse and breaking dawn, i'm gonna read the notebook, a walk to remember, and nights in rodanthe. and even though lady susan didn't really work out for me, i'm also gonna try pride and prejudice because i really liked the movie. I'm reading my first Anna Quindlen book, Rise and Shine. It's really good so far but I'm not too far into it yet. I'm hoping for the best. I haven't read her books before but heard that they're well written. I really want to like it. Has anyone else out there read her novels? no, i haven't heard of her before. what kind of books does she write?

Ur screen name is biblegirl and you luv Twilight? Wow. That book screws people up hon but whatever I am so not goin there cause it shall not end well. I read the series and then I watched a friend let the book screw her over so I have my own personal reasons. Does anyone have any popular books they have read besides Twlight they would like to discuss? I am all for a good discussion!
oh! I luv ur dirty dancing reference biblegirl101 btw!!

What is this twilight series and what is it supposed to do to people?
I like controversial books! One of my favourite books of all time is The Giver by Lois Lowry. I think its a fantastic book! It really made me think about things!

I like that Lois Lowry book. She really does make you think about what is really going on in her story and she has you take a deep look and meaning from it. You have gotta luv it.

The book that follows The Giver is Gathering Blue which is also fantastic and the final one is Messenger which I am hoping to get for Christmas. They dont all follow Jonas but there are tiny links in all three books.
