Hey everybody, I'm in New Jersey.

It's freeeeezing, and we're supposed to get a snow storm next week.  January was the start of the cold weather here, which is really late.  Usually it's really cold by November.  But yeah, it takes 6 hours to get from central Jersey to Hartford.  And we're 1 hour south of New York.  So it probably takes, what, 4-5 from NYC-CT?  But ohwell, SO many tv shows aren't realistic on traveling times and what not.

Hey Lets Shall i'm in Jersey too! I have to say i'm a little tired of the snow.  We only seem to be getting about an inch or two at a time... just enough for me to have to wake up earlier so I have time to clean my car off before work!  It seems like every other day we have had snow here.  Im ready for spring! anyone else?

I haven't been to the jersey shore since I was little.wow. Maybe I'll go back this summer, my friend and I were thinking of taking a trip to Atlantic City. Normally I just go down the cape for the beach but the waves are awful, I like big waves.

I usually go to Ocean City, I've been to Atlantic city plenty of times but not for the beach. Just for the casinos.  I just like to lay on the beach and relax and read, then I go in the water when I get too hot.
Do you surf?

no, it'd be cool to try though. I just like getting pummelled by the waves, weird but still fun. I'm the kind of person who just darts right into the water and stays in for hours. It drives my friends nuts because they just like to lay out and tan, but I drag them in the water.

yeah i thought about trying it, but I get scared of the really big waves cause i have been thrown down and hurt my elbows and knees on the bottom.  But I have to admit once i get in the water I have a lot of fun, and don't want to get out.  Alot of times the water is soooo freezing cold though.  It takes forever for me to get in, lol

How is Ocean City?  I've never been there.  In NJ, I usually go to LBI, Belmar, and Pt. Pleasant... but I don't go to AC for the beach it's kinda nasty!  Lips Sealed  I just go to the Casinos too
