ops sorry! i haven't realized to do that:

I know that the fans of Rory and Logan are called sophies  not headlines Huh

When I watch season six first I hate it! i thought that it is the worst season of all GG but seeing it for second time in these days change some of mine poit of views and I understand your confusion. In other forums, also in mine, people think that I'm crazy cos I like Chris but the fans of JJ are so convinvted that you hate to be JJ if you are a fan of GG that don't conider the fact that exist other points of view and I hate that!

They are actually called both.  Some say headliners and some say sophies.

Absoloutly! I was convinced before that I was only a Java Junkie, but watching season 6 over and over again, my Point of view changed a little and after waching young Lorelai nad Chris I changed it for sure. Im a balcony buddie and Jjava junkie, i see both sides and I get where you are ocming from.

the problem for lorelai and chris was just the fact that he is immature and when he decides to  grow and to take his reponsabilities is arrived Gigi and Lorelai and Chris borke up again bunt in that contest is sonds good because since season 5 Lorelai was perfect for luke and viceversa but now...I don't know. For sure Lorelai do a mistake going to him after the discussion with Luke but Lorelai and Chris have a particular chemistry and I felt that in all season six but if I tink about it I remeber a scene where Emily present a gil to Chris and he tell Lorelai to help him and at  diner the looks in a way that you understand that they've always been in love and the've always been perfect for each other because the come from the same world and either want to run away from it, thay hate it! Lorelai and Chris has never had a real opporunity to be toghether!

I have a question. Why they break in season 7? i don't remember!  Sad

Right! You took the words right out of my mouth!

They broke up bc Chris thought Lorelai was still in love with Luke and her heart wasnt really  in it.

Right! Thank you! I haven't seen season 7 yet. here will be aired in November Sad When in USA will be relased DVD.....But I know that Lorelai say that and I know what happen between them. GG is focused on Lorelai and Luke since the Pilot and all GG fans are JJ. Now the end of GG don't like to anyone, neither Amy sherman palladino like it so I think that there would have been a really war if the show end with Lorelai and chris toghether. I think that either the ends would have been good because if Lorelai stay married with Chris is good, he is Roy's father and he is mature enough now to be married. He is perfect for Loreila for a lot of reason but also a JJ end is good because, as I've said GG is Lorelai and Luke focused so the had a "little" discussion how have allthe couples in the world. I have always been JJ but I don't like the fact that Lorelai ask him to marry her just because she want to be happy because Rory has gont to live with her grandparents and since this moment theri relashionshi has lost someting for me....the marriage, Luke and April...I don't like them like in the firsts seasons....

I mean, when you see scene like that:

you have to be JJ and you can't be BB but from season six, expecially in partings you understan that Lorelai and Chris hare perfect toghether! i lvoe that escene that make me doubt on my JJ addiction:

and at dinner:

I love that part of episode  Grin

I love that scene too! excpecially whne Chris just looks over at Lorelai and smiles ands starts lauging. Everyything she says is hilarious!

"Voices in your head: totally normal right? Theres only two......that speak english!"

For me, season 6 killed Luke's character.

PArtings was very well played out for Lore and Chris, I mean the bathroom, dinner table, Lorelai helped him out and they were both on the same page and then Chris helped Lorelai out.

I love that scene too and I love also when Chris goes to Yale the first time with Rory (and all girls look at him hihih<) and the second time with Lorelai in brisemaid revisited (or something like that)

I agree but the end it's too sad! lorelai to a great mistake talking with luke like this and going to Chris. She would have talk with Luke always instead of shut up and feell all that pain....Lorelai is alway too sad in season six! Sh's happy only ewhen she's whith Chris! Chris have done and continue to do a lot of mistakes, people hate him, ok, but he recgnise his mistake and try always to improvehimself! i know that david sometimes read what pewople say on the net aboput him and about his charachter and I hope that him know that there are people who loves him! Also if we are 3% we exist! Tongue

I know it stupid to say but in my opinion David is more good looking that Scott that it's too ride for me! i love sweet guys with light color like David

Right! I remember Rory saying "I hate having hott parents"

Yah, it wasl ike Luke was  a different person, he completely changed and I couldnt recognize him any more!

Chis knows he made mistakes in his past, and hes trying to make up for them. When lorelai got pregnant he was willing to get married; she wasnt!

Also, I was tihnking about this a little earrlier: A lot of Java Junkies say that they are perfect becyase Lorelai and Luke have been freinds for so long, but Lorelai and Chris have been friends for longer! Since they were little! They've loved each other longer

GilmoreAddict7899--I completely agree, Lorelai and Christopher have been friends for much longer.  But, just to play devil's advocate, Lorelai and Christopher have such a broken relationship.  They have always remained friends underneath it all, but admittedly, there have been times when they have not spoken.  We can assume that Lorelai and Christopher didn't speak much before Christopher got "settled" in the second season, and then there were the fights they had that we did see.  (From their conversations and the type of questions Lorelai asked him in episodes like "Christopher Returns")  I know that they were still friends under all that, and Lorelai and Christopher always work over anything, failed attempts at romance, etc.  But Luke and Lorelai, before they started dating, would fight for a few weeks, and be back to their old selves.  Their fights were less, usually about something stupid.  They acted a lot friendlier, and the fact that Luke lives in Stars Hollow helped their friendship a lot.  Christopher lives in Boston so he and Lorelai can't be the kind of friends Luke and Lorelai are.

Whew, done playing that.  When Luke and Lorelai started dating, the fights they had were big and horrible.  Yelling, running away, everything.  It took Luke about 6 months to talk to Lorelai after Partings.  I know that it was a big thing, and Luke deserved to be mad, but six months, possibly more, is a long time to stay angry.  Lorelai and Luke couldn't be friends and dating/engaged at the same time.  Lorelai and Luke seemed to forget about their friendship.  Lorelai and Christopher seemed to remember it.  (Example: Even though Lorelai and Christopher divorced because they both knew she still "loved" Luke, they were still completely friendly at Rory's graduation party.)

That is a big confusing mess of my thoughts, but I hope it made a some sort of sense.

Yah, i get it. I think Lorelai and Christopher are better as friends, they have such a huge past, and as you said "Broken".

And yes, thats what I saw in Lorelai and Luke in season 6, they lost the friendship that took years to build!
Luke is easier to freeze out though, Chris isnt-he is the father of Lorelai's child, and for that they will always be in each others lives. Maybe not romantically, which might be the best thing for them. They tried marriage, and It didnt work.

One of my favorite Lorelai's & Chris's scene is in "Christopher returns" when Lorelai is sitting in the balcony crying and Chris comes looking for her because he knew she was upset. It showed us how it was for them all their time growing up. They were there for each other their whole time growing up. I like how much that balcony meant for them; a safe place to hide when things get so ugly or so cold... looking for aliens when they were kids then spying on the neighbours when older. They both were raised poorly; not with much love or comfort or attention but i believe they have found a comfty, warm plsce in each other since they were six years old. They understand and know each other very well. They never had any ugly fights or bad communication. They always seemed to find a common language to communicate with. I personally believe they are meant to be with each other. Their marriage didn't work out only because Lorelai didn't give herself time to recover from her break-up with Luke.

Agreed. (although im BB and JJ)

I also love the first scene, at night. When Chris and Lorelai are talking about why he came back. They are just so comfortable around each other. They just have so much history together, it is hard to ignore their chemistry.     I think their marriage didnt work out becasue a) she jumped so quickly between guys b) she was still in love with Luke. I really think their marriage could have lasted, if they gave the L&L Breakup a little more time to heal.
