Jess Mariano Unappreciation

IS IT ONLY ME OR DID ANYONE ELSE NOT WATCH THOSE EPISODES WITH JESS. HE WAS  A JERK ALMOST THE ENTIRE TIME.  IF THAT'S HOW HE SHOWS LOVE I WIL PASS. AND HES NOT THAT GREAT LOOKING EITHER.

I've got a bit of a soft spot for Jess. I like a bad boy, but I couldn't be with one for the long haul.

I'll never object to the Rory/Jess relationship, but I do like her with Logan. At least this season I do.

The thing about Jess, though, was that he was so unrealiable. And the way he just got in the car at the end of "Nag Hammadi..." was, I thought, rude. While the "I love you" was sweet, the immediate get-in-the-car was a kick in the pants.

Milo Ventimiglia is one attractive man, though. It's a shame Alexis and him broke up.

Secondly, i respect all of your opinions but i love jess!!!
Seriously, i know in parts he was a bit of a jerk but i really think he cared about rory and i think they were cute together

I'm entirely a Literati (despite my signature, I'm part Headliner) but some things that Jess did upset me.
When Jess left without saying goodbye, I got really mad about that. When he told Rory he loved her, Jess shouldn't have just walked back to the car.

Jess ruins everything! I'm glad he and Dean are gone! Rory belongs with Logan! Did she jump 7 stories with Jess or Dean? No. Sorry. SOL. Logan's perfect for her. Jess came back and she couldn't even cheat on Logan with im because "Despite all the bad things he's done she's in love with him." Plus, you know, he's friends with Finn. And wll, Finn's just downright cool.

I think that Jess is really cute, and SOMETIMES he was nice to Rory but most of the time he was a complete jerk!! To Rory, Luke, Lorelai.. everyone! I think I'm part of a minority on this site that really doesn't like Jess.

Here are a few moments worth mentioning about Jess' character:

• After being with Rory for quite some time, he actually thought that Rory would sleep with him for the first time at Kyle's house party, in someone else's bed. 
• He was a jerk during dinner with Rory and Emily.  He was in a bad mood sure, but he should have called Rory told her he was in a bad mood, and not come to dinner.  He went there and was a jerk.  Good first impression.
• When leaving Stars Hollow for California, he didn't even tell Rory he was leaving!  He didn't break up with her, he didn't tell her about prom until she ran in to him on the bus, he didn't even say a real goodbye.
• He was always mean to Lorelai!  Atleast try to be nice to your girlfriend's mom.
• That time he was a real jerk to Luke after they met TJ.  His flip out was really insensitive and it REALLY hurt Luke.

Cute, sure.  Mean, definently.  I think personality is more important than eye candy, even for fictional characters.

sorry Jerk big time! I could not stand them together he was just so mean to her..and if he really loved her he should have told her and stayed but even when he told her he loved her (when he came back a year later without calling her etc) he told her he loved he and LEFT! blah

i guess jess was a jerk sometimes and that really bothered me but i personally like him and rory together and i defintly watched the episodes with jess because i thought they were the most exciting one

btw ya when jess left with out saying gud bye i was so pissed and if he hadn't left when he said i love you they could of gotten bak together mayb...

I'm rewatching season 2 and i remembered how much i really don't like jess. He's funny at times (the fake murder outside doose's market was best  )

but i don't like how he's such a jerk to other people. He didn't even want to go to his own mom's wedding. i don't care if you don't like the guy--it's your mom!!

i laughed so hard when luke pushed him in the lake. it was a totally luke thing to do.

Jess was getting better, but then he just got worse

Ok now this is sad! I posted here LAST year and we still only have 15 pages! Ok we need more Jess haters! He was nothing but a J*E*R*K!!! He destroyed Rory's car, that Dean made for her. (I'm a Narco! ) We just need more posters! We should start a game, anyone know a game. The only one I can think of is 100 reasons(or more) of why we hate Jess so much. Anyone with me? Or does anyone have a better game? Please post it!

i hate jess too. i'm rewatching season 3 right now, and he's not that good to her. He never calls when he says he will and he's always rude whenever rory specifically asks him to b polite. He makes her end up feeling bad, which is not how it's supposed to be. i don't get what she sees in him.

I don't get why everyone likes him, what did he do that made everyone like him so much? Was it the lying? The stealing? How about the treating everyone like garbage thing? Boy what a great guy huh?
