It was so good to see Lane again tonight! Even if the epsidoe was old and we'd already seen it! I wonder how she's doing now, she's been pregnant and no meantion of how she's doing...

I don't mind the reruns in the middle of the season, especially this season - we get to see old faces again and it's nice! It also made me remember how upset Rory was that Lorelai slept with Christopher right after breaking up with Luke. I hadn't forgotten but just the impact of the whole thing. It's nice to get a refresher course one the current season kind of!

I love how Lorelai is so creative and how Rory and Lorelai can be completely content and happy doing crazy things together in the comfort of their own home!

The whole supermarket meeting thing is something that could SO happen to someone, and probably does happen. I would hate to be in a situation such as that, personally! Luke and Lorelai are such strong people, with strong personalities, and both head strong and stubburn about things. It would be very hard to get past what they had and this episode just reminded me what they were going through right after their break up! (Still makes me sad!)

Ok, I can not believe how many times Rory and Lane used the word SEX, in the scene at the gazebo.  I counted like at least fifteen to twenty times in a span of about five minutes. Whoa that was soooooo outta control. It was almost borderline annoying! Besides that I guess the episode was pretty decent. I don't know who I like Chris or Luke for Lor.  I really like the idea of her and Luke together, she seems safer with Luke, however, I am not sure that Luke gets Lorelai like Chris gets Lorelai.  Chris and Lorelai seem to be on the same level, wavelength if you know what i mean.

Yeah, I agree! In the past couple seasons he said he loved her, and that he was "all in"
But, it, to me, is Lorelai's fault tooo for sleeping with Christopher.

I miss ASP too, she would have made it so L&L are together....they were meant to be (in the show haha)

yeah, i was thinking about that too...I luv luv luv Luke but ive seen some movies/shows where they r in the same situation and they are liek "who cares? i love you" i wish luke had been like "who cares about chris? who cares about the diner? I love you, lets get married" tho i understand why luke would be so pissed, i understand why he walked away

I just watched it again and man oh man is it sad. Luke just going up to Lorelai and saying, we don't belong together, lets stop fighting it. Ouch. It hurts me when he says it! Poor Lorelai. Poor Luke.

They need space, maybe even a stupid eloped marriage before they can get back together... aww, poor Lorelai.

yeah, i think space will make things better, its becoming obvious that luke is starting to really miss lorelai, and lorelai is starting to really miss Luke.

I know that Luke and Lorelai were meant to be together, and it pains me to see her with Chris. I am very upset that Lorelai didn't even tell Rory what happened. That's very wrong. She should trust Rory more than that.

whoa, what a packed episode!

lane's pregnant! i think it's only fitting that all the ranting and raving mrs. kim did over the years about the horrors of sex turned out to be true lane's first time. poor thing! think of all she's been through...pretend boyfriends, sneaking around to be in a band, drunken phone calls to her mom in the middle of the night TELLING her about being in the band, embarrassing hair-touching incidents, and now, not only was her first time having sex awkward and bad, but she got pregnant the very first time as well. but lane is a wonderful character on the show, and i'm excited to see how this storyline will progress.

i think rory had every right to get upset with lorelai for sleeping with christopher. rory's struggled for the entire show to maintain somewhat of a normalcy in her relationship with christopher and how she approaches him and her mom as her parents, but now things have been complicated once more. as the daughter, however, i don't think she had a right to yell at lorelai and point the finger at her the way she did, because it was disrespectful. rory of all people should know about sex "just happening," because the same thing happened with her and dean in season 4, and dean was married.

luke's temper tantrum in the middle of the street was well overdue, in my opinion. he had a right to be pissed that lorelai just backed out of everything the way she did. the comment about her proposal definitely wasn't necessary, though. that was a low blow.

still no richard and emily...i'm guessing they'll show in 7.03.

Man, I honestly thought Lorelai was about to faint when I saw her leaving that supermarket with that face ruined with pain. I really, really  looked that she's not gonna be able to take that amount of sadness that Luke's words caused.. "You just go back to being Lorelai Gilmore, and I'll just go back to being the guy who serves you coffee". Her face was wrecked.She looked as if she was about to scream bloody murder hard.

So.....Lane is pregnant! I feel a little sorry for her though because her honeymoon in Mexcio was such a bad trip. Still pretty fun though. lol

Im really glad Rory got mad at Lorelai when she found out she had slept with Chris. Everything she said to Lorelai was true. Yes, Lorelai was hurt & sad & probably many other things, but running off to Chirs was the wrong choice.

I love the scenes between TJ & Luke & Kirk & Luke in this episode.....they made me laugh!
