I am not a fan of this character. After he talked to Rory the way he did I have not liked him at all. He shattered her and she became gave up on her dream (well for a little while) and shatttered her relationship with Lorelai (again it was just for a little while). I am glad Rory is back at Yale and she has said her peace to Logans father. I know Rory doesn't like him also cause he is forcing Logan to go to London for a year.
I did understand his point when he and Rory were talking in the elevator but still I am not a fan of his.

I watched the episode recently when Logan was in the hospital and Mitchum refused to see his son. I loved that Rory called him and telled at him for not coming to see his son. But when he did come to see him and he talked to Rory on the elevator I had to agree with what he was saying. He was right about Logan even though I don't really care for Mitchum and think he's such a jerk.
Did he ever apologize to Rory? I think he should if he hasn't.. I can't remember if he did but I don't think so..

im not sure either, sorry, but i saw one episode the other night where she yells at mitchum( over the phone) to come down and visit logan in the hospital, it really was great cuz mitchum has way too much pride and is a jerk!

I wonder if Logan will ever stand up for himself with his Dad. I mean Mitchum bosses him around a lot like with the whole London job. I mean I understand the reasoning but Logan could of fought it more than he did or at least talked to him about the other things that bother him.

yeah i totally agree with that, i thought logan would have fought the london thing more, at least because of rory..... but you never know....mitchum, grrrr

ooo mitchum. how you crush girl's dreams and are so harsh on your son. i really hated how he was never even going to see Logan in the hospital for the sake of teaching him a lesson about his actions. and i also hope that logan stands up to him someday.
