sherry is just a snob and leaving chris like that was so unfair!
even after everything in season2 when rory was telling lorelai how much sherry wanted a kid and then she just leaves Gigi!

blech. sherry just makes me sick. that whole episode where rory & lorelai go to her baby shower just makes me sick. I would totally want to re-arrange her bathroom too!  Even though i didn't like that she just upped and left chris & gigi, i think it was a good experience for chris because then he could see how lorelai must've felt when she was first a mother and he left her: the loneliness, the wondering-if-they-will-ever-come-back, etc. etc. i mean--he was in a pretty bad state! Bad parenting--it's a good think chris didn't run away from gigi or else the poor girl would be lost, but totally being irresponsable on sherry's part. when she left i was like "yessssssssss!" i never liked how she made lorelai uncomfortable by babbling on about how great chris was during her pregnancy and stuff. even if lorelai said she was fine with it, it was totally RUDE to rub it in her face like that! |

I'm kind of glad that she is an unlikeable character because its fun to love to hate her and see how much more perfect Lorelai is then Sherry. I think the reason Gigi is evil is because she's got half the genes of a witch |

I really didn't see anything bad about Sherry until the point where she leaves her child. That was cruel, insensitive and many other words. But on the other hand i don't think Chris was a good husband. He stayed away most of the year (working but still) so she felt it was his turn to take responsibility.

I liked Ally and Larry together but my true love was for Ally and Billy! I kept rooting for them till the end!
Back to Sherry, i was thinking that the first time i hated Sherry was in the episode where she first appeared, how she cornered Lorelai and Rory to get what she wanted. She was scary. She looked as if she was trying to get Lorelai out of the picture and have Chris and Rory to herself.
