I really like those quotes that MurphyFan595 posted. I found Dave's character more interesting then Zach's, probably because Zach just wants everything to be "rock n roll".

IMHO, Dave was a phenomenal character. Problem was, Adam Brody *was* Dave and he went off to do the OC. So Sad. That "Say Goodnight, Gracie" scene was phenomenal--so vintage GGs and extra cool since it was b/w Dave and Mrs. Kim --neither of whom were like the big stars.
And this probably not appropriate for this thread, but Zach = complete wanker compared to Dave. That's the bummer thing about Lane now. Dave was at her level and Zach basically has his head up his you-know-what. (I won't even start to speculate about what's going on now...)
I do like Dave's other replacement though--Sebastian Bach. I wonder if anyone else is old enough to remember him from his former life...

love those quotes. i so wish Dave could come back. he was so much better than Zack. i love Gil and i do know about Sebastian Bach but i've never listened to the music. i also like Bryan in a geeky way. but i want a new guy for Lane since Dave's probably not coming back and i don't want her with Zack or any of the other guys in the band. although, there were times i did like Zack just because he was so dopey it was cute but not anymore.  |

No that happened. It's just that they spent the tour money and they had no idea what they were buying or how to use it. The system problely works they just don't know how. |

I really really liked Dave. He was so adorably geeky. He and Lane were just so great together. But that was in itself a dead end on a show like this. What's interesting about a perfect couple? And because he was Lane's bf he didn't get a lot of screentime, so he was underused. Still, I miss him.  |

Hey, Adam Brody is on the front of Ellegirl this month, if you buy it and have time vote for Josh Romero on the Last Guy Standing thing, I know hiim and he needs the money for graduate school. Anyway I miss Dave he was a really cool boyfriend for Lane and he was a lot smarter than Zach. Zach is pretty cool I guess, but he doesn't seem very bright.
