Narcoleptics (Rory and Dean) - "I love you, you idiot!"

This is by far one of my favorite threads.  I am a Narco and proud of it.  I have been since the start.  Jess was a jerk and Logan is just argh! He annoys me so much!.  Dean truly loved and cared about Rory he was so good to her.  When they got back together at the end of season 4 I was soooo happy I was like finally.  I hated how it ended though that sucked.  Rory and Dean belong together like Lorelai and Luke do!

Rory and Dean broke up with a big fight at the party Emily threw for her. I love the tiara. season 5. does anybody remember what happened to lindsey?

i think lindsey just kinda...dissapeared. I can't remember. i remember she was there and then she just...vanished along with Dean. I personally can't complain. Lindsey was annoying and was stupid and ggggggggrrrrr. Never a good enough replacement for Rory.

I haven't really given my support lately as well.. nor have I stopped my this thread in ages! Although I do still have "Narco" as part of my sig. I used to always come here and chat with Marlies! Marlies.. have you been here lately??

I know it sucks that there isn't as many Dean fans.. and I know once they broke up the second time that it was done for good. But hey, at least we can still have the two of them back on the earlier seasons.

exactly  . it's like the 'old days' of gilmore girls, rory and dean. i just re-watched "they shoot gilmores, don't they?" and i just felt so sorry for dean, because rory was in love with jess but still saying she loved him. it was at this point that my initial strong dislike of jess kicked in.

Aw I know. Yeah and its always being said that "Deans annoying/always so possessive.. etc." But I mean after Jess and Rory got together was Jess ok with Rory talking to Dean and cool with them being friends? um no.
But of course if others think that Dean was annoying of course that's their opinion and I won't bash that.

Though I don't blame Dean for the way he was. Some guy trying to move in on your girlfriend and there some obvious signs that your girlfirned likes him.. theres nothing wrong with getting jealous.

yeah, i agree. i was reading the "they shoot gilmores don't they?" post and they were mostly "dean is stupid", "i hate dean" "so glad rory and jess finally got together"

after rory & dean stayed out all night in "rory's dance" lorelai nicknamed dean "narcolepsy boy" because narcolepsy is a disorder in which people have trouble sleeping, a joke on the fact that the two didn't come home, thus, "narcoleptics"

I love Dean and Rory in seasons 1-3. I think Dean just got shoved aside after season 3. he just started getting hated by everybody. nobody did anything to him and he didn't do anything to him.

I completley agree with you!

As i've said before, dean really loved rory (not that jess and logan didn't) but he was the only one who bothered to get to know & respect lorelai, and i think that meant a lot because rory & lorelai are so close, so it would be good to have a relationship with both of them.
