You can not give nor take karma (prettystick(+)/snarkastic(-)) before you reach 100 posts. No one can see witch posts people prettystick or snark them on, so there is nothing wrong Smiley

Maybe choose a darker colour as backround as your the admin you might have the power to do that not to dark just a little darker then light grey
