First you need to find a sig that you want. Often, people have under there sigs that they will make one for you if you want. Then you go to profile and then to forum profile information. There will be a box at the bottom that says signature. In that box you will copy paste the url in there with the on each side of the url. If you need anymore help just ask.

Community Points (karma) are given by fellow ORGers.  Once a member has reached 100 posts little buttons appear under a members username to the left of your post.  These are labelled Pretty Stick -  given by your peers for posts of yours that they like or positive contributions you make to the community, and Snarkastic - given for disobeying forum rules or displaying unsociable behaviour towards other members.  Most members I know tend not to use this option though.

Okay so i'm not new here but i just re-read the ranks. i have 63 post at the moment and 50 posts is a Town Newbie.

Town Troubadour: 1 post, 0 orange stars
Town Newbie: 50 posts, 0 orange stars

But it still says that I’m a Town Troubadour. So am I just not reading something right or what?

I'm going through this thread and it looks like the ranks changed or something?? well all of the links that i clicked on to try to see the new ones said "an error has occurred. The page you requested has been removed or is not available to you."

Is this something with the forum or my computer? Can someone just tell me which thread the new ranks are on and the page number?
It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
