This episode was really good, i mean Paris, Lorelai etc but r u serious that tristian deosn't coem bak?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh O MAN!!!!!!!!!!!! that stinks!!!!!!! chad is really hot and i think he and rory had something going 4 them.  They r both really smart, yes he is obnoxious but i reckon it's cause he is scared of his own feelings.  He really does like rory a lot and it shows in the episode in season 1 The Break Up Part 2.  I want him bak!!!! Cry Cry  They should meet up again in a future episode.  He is nicer, calmer, just as cute etc.  Rory has broken up with her boyfriend, he says that he loves her, they kiss, go out 4 a while and become boyfriend and gilrfriend.  Damn!!!!!! I wish!!!!!!!

As most of you guys know, I'm obsessed with Chad Micheal Murray. So, this episode made me cry when he was leaving. I mean... he's HOTT and he's... well, let's say he's SUCH a ladies man. He's got the looks, the brains, AND the charm. What's not the like? But, Tristan seems like Logan... except Tristan's waaaay hotter. Smiley

I never really thought about that, but you are right. OnlyI feel like Tristin is a little bit of both Logan and Jess. Jess because he has that wild edge and Logan because he is more adventerous. Too bad we never see Tristin again, though.

I agree. Tristan added a good twist to the show. I'd be a VERY happy girl if he came back for the 7th season. He'd still have a thing for Rory and Logan would be jealous blah blah blah. TENSION!

I was really sad to see Tristan leave and to know hes probably not coming back.
I know Tristan was a jerk to Rory in other episodes but in this epi and Love, Daises
and troubadours is were his softer side to Rory comes out. He didnt buy the PJ harvey
tickets because he liked Pj Harvey heck he didnt even know who she was, he bought them
because he knew Rory liked her music and since Rory would never go on a date with him
he thought that was his chance. I really wish Tristan would have kissed Rory it would of been
a much better goodbye although the orginal ending did mean he wanted to kiss her but he respected
the fact that Dean was watching and the fact that Rory had told him earlier in the show things were
doing great with Dean and she wouldnt want it to be ruined. I really liked this episode it was the besstt.

Aw, that was really sad. I watched that episode a few times and remember when Tristan was like "So, things are going good between you two, huh?" [Rory, Dean] Rory was like "Yeah, they are." Tristan looked dissapointed and he really liked Rory... and remember when he said he was gonna ditch school? That's when the Duncan&Bowman thing happened. He was upset over Rory so he got into some trouble. Despite all the bad he's done, I think he would have been good to Rory, he's sorta like Logan.

i watched this episode today and i realised that i felt really sorry for tristan and i know i've said this before but i wanted tristan and jess to meet!!!
i really wanted to see them kiss as romeo and juliet and then again as a goodbye as themselves!!

i just re-watched this episode! one of my favorite parts is when lorelai is explaining to rory and dean about her going on a casual date, and luke is at another table pouring coffee. when he hears lorelai say she went on a casual date, he stops pouring coffee, turns around, and looks at lorelai! you can SO tell he is in love with her right then! that's gotta be one of my favorite scenes ever! oh, and right before that they have the "casual dating" conversation with dean, the one that goes,
