Hey katoid933446!

This is a good idea for a thread because we don´t have anything like it yet.
You should just be more clear whith the name of the thread. Names like "click here" will probably just annoy people because they don´t know what the thread is about. And a lot of people have slow internet-connections so they will think twice about whether it´s worse to open a thread.
Name it "Funniest Character Poll" or something...
And well....Capital letters are kinda frowned upon in the internet-world, because they make it seem like you´re shouting and no one likes to be shouted at.
Please don´t be mad at me for this, I´m trying to help you. I think more people will actually take this poll if you change the name.

Kirk's okay, but then after awhile it's just like enough with the wierdness already. I like him he's just not my favorite character..  Dogs that look like Paul Anka crack me up .. like with hair infront of their eyes and stuff. haha. he's too cute.

Haha i think that luke is so like blah blah blah that after alittle he is just soo funny, kirk is funny to because he is just so odd, and no one really understands him cause he is just so odd!

Should we make this thread like the poll we have on the ' gilmore-danes baby thread'. Cause polls like ' funniest?'/ 'weirdest'/ 'hottest?' etc are popping up left and right. They are good threads, but at some point they will die out and be clutter in the back. So if we would make a 'which character.....' thread: which has a new poll every month or so. And shows the results in the first post. Then we only need one thread and we don't get cluttered. Thoughts?

Does that mean you think it's a good idea? Cause the same thing can be used for the ' which episode...'  threads. Cause again, great threads, but they are driving some of the oldies up a wall.

Yes, it does mean that it´s a great idea. Sorry I had Miss Patty and some town-meeting in mind...
I´m really one of the people that strongly  prefer less to more threads.
Some people may have another opinion though.

I like a lot of threads, but not when they die over a couple of months or so. So we could make like a ' poll of the month' thread or like our little version of the oscars: who will win ' most weirdest character 2006' , 'most hated male 2006', 'most hated female 2006', ' favourite kid 2006', ' episode that mad you cry', 'best season'. Nice and originized and it will slim this board down a bit, cause believe it or not they ALL have different threads at the moment. And the really great older threads that don't die can't be found at the moment cause they are buried underneath the polls.

I´m in favor of it!
All of those threads are ones that one can post only one time in, I guess.
Well at least it´s not really something that can be discussed, can it?
So if we had one thread for it the thread would get long over time but it would also be new every once in a while.

Oh and you forgot "Rory´s pet". Funny idea but it could go to the same list since it doesn´t really make sense to post there more often.

But just like on the ' Gilmore-danes baby'  thread we could still re-do a poll if we wanted to. And people can post their new poll idea's which will be used next 'month'....really kinda like the oscars..only we get to pick the winners. Downside, when we close the others we can only have one open, which topic will have to wait till next month or so.

Yeah that downside is true.
I´m tired now. The solution that I have for that now, would be to start a new poll with the question what should be the first "poll of the month", leave it open for one week and then start the real one. Then one could merge the other threads to it. What do you think?
