I loved that entire CD plan segment.  Michel running was funny and Kirk being involved was great.  The best part is that it's a Belle & Sebastian CD (at the time when they were really good).

Sherry... well, I do like Madchen Amick.  It's very obvious that the writers and producer of the show are definitely fans of Twin Peaks.  Amick and Sherilyn Fenn were pretty much stars of that show.  Sherry is odd.  A little chipper, manipulative yet I don't think she was trying to be a threat to Lorelai but definitely made things uneasy (of course, Lorelai would later understand Sherry's position even more when she's learns about Luke's daughter in Season 6).  Especially with Emily's reaction to the whole thing that is true.  I'm not a fan of Christopher but I can see how he can be defensive about Lorelai's own failings in relationship.  What was also startling is that Luke was watching all of it.  Probably made Luke like Chris a whole lot less.  I don't think it's Chris' fault for Lorelai's failed relationships.  I think Lorelai had been waiting for Chris to grow up and take responsibility but it's just that he's doing it with someone else.  It must've hurt Lorelai.  Yet, of course, what would happen later on that season would reveal that Chris once again, just as he's carrying the ball.  He'll fumble.  Fumblia, fumbleruski!

didn't care much for this episode, except for the MI-2 CD caper.

Sherrie is an evil FemBOT.

But Emily blew everything way out of proportion, Rory did agree to hang out with the FemBOT.
