Summary: When Rory (Alexis Bledel) is invited to Sherry's (guest star Madchen Amick) baby shower, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) is forced to attend as well and inadvertently learns more about Christopher's life than she wanted to know. Meanwhile, when Luke (Scott Patterson) interrogates Jess (Milo Ventimiglia) about where he got the money to buy a used car, he discovers that Jess has a surprising second job.

That was Super Cute and then how he turned the water back on when rory said that dean was coming over. JESS did look REALLY hot all wet and stuff. |

Ah so this is the one where they have to water the lawn and the African Violets and the catchy clock hence the title "8 )'clock at the Oasis" and Lorelai goes out with Paton Sanders and yes Rory cant turn the water off and gets horribly wet... This was on last night here in New Zealand... We have it on 5:30pm Mon-Fri here... we started somewhere in Season 2 I think? well thats when I started watching it again.. wonder we will get before they stop showing it? Gilmours Girls is almost my Fav Show ever!!!  |

I don't know what Lorelai ever saw in Peyton Sanders... and after it all she was wondering that herself lol Really disturbing when the wife phones up and leaves the message on the answering machine that Rory has to hear! Which is why she just wants to get the hell out of there and suddenly can't remember how to turn the sprinklers off. Jess being so cute by coming to her rescue, then turning the water back on so Dean can "fix it" when he gets there.  |

Hahaha! Well that would steam things up pretty fast! Too bad there isn't a beach in the area to have some excuse for the characters to wear trunks & bikinis. But sometimes your imagination is better than it would be anyhow so let's keep dreaming!

Does anybody else realize that she doesn't say Maui and that it is doubed (sp) over with her saying Maui? Does anyone know what she is actually saying? If you notice that Rory made a face like "I can't believe you said that" to her when she says it.

the beginning scene in this episode cracks me up..when the woman starts breastfeeding her baby. Luke:: but you have the same parts.. HA. i absolutly loved that line. then Lorelai says he's gonna be a bachelor a looonnng time. HA. oh..and Jess walks down to see the woman lactating and freaks out and runs back up stairs. classic  I love when Rory goes into water the African Violets and the Dwight's wife calls and leaves that super mean message.."AND I WANT MY BOARD GAMES BACK!!". ha. i also love when Dwight says that he used to be taller..and had more hair. I loved when Jess came and turned off the water..very nice! Jess:: I like the new look..very Blue Crush. |
