Foodies (Sookie and Jackson) - He's her mushroom man

I think Sookie and Jackson's relationship is so sweet and sometimes funny. My all time favorite storyline they had was when they were lugging around the marijuana and the Reverend and Rabbi are talking to them. It was so funny. I think the cutest moment between them was when Jackson proposed and Sookie said, "You do know that this means we’ll have to live together, right?" I just thought it was so sweet as she was crying.

haha I love those moments. They are so cute together! I couldn't think of 2 people more perfect for each other (except Kirk and LuLu and L/L). I also liked when Luke filled in for Sookie at the Dragonfly because she was on best rest. She kept getting people to sneak her food and Jackson came in and yelled at Luke:

Jackson: Hey. You in the hat.

Luke: Jackson, what are you –

Jackson: How dare you take a ladle from a pregnant woman!

Luke: What?

Jackson: Dr. Menck very specifically said that she needs to relax and she
cannot relax thinking you’re in here screwing up her sauce!

Luke: I’m not!

Jackson: Now, while there’s a very good chance that you could kill me in a
fight, I do not care. That woman is my wife, and she is carrying my baby. So
from now on, if she wants to talk, you will talk! If she wants to taste your
food, you will let her taste your food! If she wants you to double-strain
that sauce, you will double-strain that sauce, my friend! Because I have to
live with her and if she is upset because of anything that you have done, I
will come over here and I will soundly kick your ass! That is if you haven’t
killed me yet!

i think that sookie and jackson are so cute together.

my fave moments would be:

when jackson is so serious about them moving in together and sookie thinks that he is joeing anxd she is laughing so hard.

also when the dragonfly opens and lorelai says that they are back because they are fighting over how small and sookie says that it is so small it could fit in davies nose and jackson says that they should see if it is true.

Aww I watched "Say Goodbye to Daisy Miller" today, where they did the test run of the inn, and I thought it was cute when he was talking to Sookie about baby Davey's college fund.
Jackson: He just came by to see the establishment on which his college education relies. So what do you think, buddy? Will it be Ivy League or Murray's house o' learnin?

Lol, I just thought that was pretty cute and funny. This episode was very dramatic, with the whole dean/rory/emily/richard all fighting thing, and with Luke/Lorelai kissing, it's good to see some light heartedness from the Foodies

Rasquat anyone?  I love what Sookie and Jackson bring to the show.  I think one of my favorite scenes with them is when they bring Davey into the diner and Jackson stands up for the baby, and they ask him to try again, and he is like "argh......" That is so funny!

my favorite convo about sookie and jackson is when Jackson is deep frying the turkey. SOOKIE: and i told jackson he c ould cok the chicken because it seemed so important to him. I just thought he would broil it in a pan and stick a couple onions around it, so t hen i could come in and put on a herb butter rub... LORELAI: because he wouldnt notice. Sookie: exacctly!

i love the one where jackson is runny for town selectman and he takes davey outside to see the voters and they're all fussing over the baby until taylor starts giving away ice cream.  jackson just walks back into the diner, hands davey to sookie, and says "here. take him.  he's politically useless to me."

i like the one where jackson sleeps outside in his garden and then everyone just decides to join him! haha
it's great to see them fight over the food. i remember the one where sookie talks about them living together and he says he doesn't want to and she's all hurt, then he says it's because he wants them to get married. it was great.
