Do you know what's sad. I don't remember the last time I watched a GG episode. Please don't shun me  Undecided
It's been a long long time. Maybe i will watch the pilot tonight.

I have turned into such a tv nerd. I don't even know why I still have friends - when do i get time to see them? just kidding. But seriously, i'll tell you something embarrassing - I even have a word document with all the shows i watch, telling me which episode i am on and when my shows will come back on air.

So out of the many shows I watch, let me just name my favourites

Grey's Anatomy - has always been one of my favourite TV Shows
Mc Leods Daughters - watched it at the same time as Gilmore girls, to get my Aussie cowgirl fix
Pretty Little Liars - I  know it's a show for teenagers, but it's my guilty pleasure, and Emily Fields  Hearts
Switched at Birth - in other news: I started learning Austrian Sign language a few weeks ago and love it.
The Fosters
Finding Carter
Lost Girl
Chicago Fire

Started watching suits last week - already on season 3

oh and to mention GG related stuff:
I watched Prenthood and Bunheads. Of course it was hard not to see Lauren Graham as Lorelai. Bunheads didn't impress me too much, but i quite enjoyed Parenthood, even if I think Lauren's character didn't have enough depth as some of the other cast.

Oooh a time machine. Awesome  Cool
Sad though that I don't appear to have been active at all in the past. that's because of the stupid time zone thing.

You'll find the right one, I know it.  That ocean is pretty deep my friend.

Thanks Melissa. i will keep on looking - good job I like swimming.

I just sat here for a few moments watching Rory snort a book in your sig, haha! I always take a deep breath when I enter the library, I love it Smiley

Haha. you are so random. But I have to say, even before I read your comment I found myself staring at the sig too. I love smelling old books. I like that musty smell.  I could never use an eReader.

I should get you to put an ad up in here like I used to get people to do in the good ole days! Haha! Its no Tinder but I can tell you, there is a loved up couple who met on here so anything is possible!

Those ads were awesome. Don't get me started on Tinder though. I had my second date with this girl I met from Tinder the other day and it was a catastrophe. She is the first person I have ever gone on a date with - who I met online.

Have any of you got any online dating experiences? It sounds so cringe worthy, but that seems to be the way to meet people in thsi day and age.

I like to imagine what would have happened to all the characters after the show ended and we couldn't see them anymore and I guess for me that is where fan fiction comes in.
I am that way with both books and series. After a while one get to"know" them so well that they just pop up in ones thoughts during the day Cheesy

Oh I love that banner. Sookie was always one of my favourites. She reminded me of myself in some ways. Has anyone seen Melissa's new show? I personally don't watch it but I'm happy to see her still working on TV every so often. I did enjoy her movie The Heat with Sandra Bullock though.

So I discovered a new toy today that lets you see screen grabs from websites in days gone by. Here is a little history of the org for you Smiley
17-Dec-2002: The first grab in the archives, only 155 registered users and a very plain layout.
5-Feb-2003: Look! A 500 member milestone!
10-Jun-2004: Kukalaka is the newest member Smiley
4-Sept-2005: Oops! Was this the big hack playing out?
25-Nov-2005: And it's back! A drop in members post-hack but a new layout that we are all familiar with Smiley
3-Mar-2006: Marian is online, it is almost Keith's bday!
1-Jul-2006: 14 of us online, many familiar names!
1-Sept-2006: Chris we were chillin in the SA thread, fun times!
1-Nov-2006: 23 users online and over 5000 registered members! Moderators names were green, been so long since I've seen one I forgot Smiley
6-Dec-2006: 21 users online, the banner image is looking cold and seasonal, Singles thread is hoppin!
19-Apr-2007: The Great8Mandate was in full swing, close to 8,500 members.
14-Oct-2007: Now with over 10,000 members (and rarely a bot in sight compared to current member numbers)

Things start to slowly peeter out at that point as the show had wrapped up Sad

Thanks for coming down memory lane with me Smiley

Congrats on the double major and the awesome career aspirations! I am doing a BA in ancient history but most of my electives are literature. I've been told I cant do a double major through Open Uni though as they changed the rules so I will settle for the one. I've taken a term off to dabble in some creative writing but my inspiration comes and goes in bursts.

See your round the traps!

Hi Rina.
When I read your two first posts the ORG went buy, buy for me and Marlies. You must have an awesome virtual presence Wink

Welcome back Smiley

it's Janich O in disguise, haha!  Hidden
You make me all traceable! :sob: Grin

bratty child, sleazy dad, my brain is in overdrive!
Why chose. Come round this here house.
I'm just kidding of coarse. My wee lad ain't no brat Wink

Kidding aside, Rina. I'm sorry it didn't work out, especially as it was getting better. Some times it's better to just have a complete crash, rather then to actually see the light, only to have it extinguished to the maniacal laughter of social lunatics.

I forgot something... Maybe I'll be all star posting on my way to work, then Cheesy I got to run *wave*

It's seriously cold today. Wind blowing and all such. I'm dressed for it today, however Smiley
Oh, and yesterday it was even colder on the way home then it was in th morning :shiver: And it rained!
Luckely I was driven some of the way by one of my superiors. Not that he acts like it much Smiley Though hehe'se waking my inner anarchist from time to time, he's super nice.

I'm not actually an anarchist. Nor do I have one inside me. I just don't have respect for positions without merits. Now, talents he does have. He's just too nice (for a master dealing with wasted potentials) which make him melt down occasionally Smiley

See, Angela. No star posts! *sweet smile*
It was something with "sweet" I forgot Shocked But what...
