Ok, canceling GG was bad enough, but now VM too...the only show I'm really attached to on the CW is ANTM and I can watch those repeats on VH1. I am definatly done with the CW.
2  Episode Discussion / Season 7 / Re: 7.22 - Bon Voyage on: May 17, 2007, 09:46:47 am
Ok so it took me a few days to process this. I can't believe its over. It's too soon. I wasn't ready. This episode was good. Not great but good. The Luke and Lorelia wrap up was way to quickie. I liked Rorys story line. Meeting her idol, taking a chance with an online magazine to get the chance to cover a presidential campaign, I actually thought it was pretty genius. I, too, cried during the theme song, and the ironing, and Lane and Rory on the porch, and just about the whole party! The ending scene paralleling the ending scene from the first episode was very poignant. I think I'm still in shock that its actually over.

Oh My! I loved this episode! Luke's back in the hat! Logan asked permission! Zachs going on tour! Man I'm so psyched! I wish we had more episodes to savor Sad

I haven't been on all day and I see this...I'm so sad. Sad This weeks episode was so good I was getting all geared up for next year. I can't say I'm going to hold it against Lauren or Alexis, but I'm definatly not happy....
5  Episode Discussion / Season 7 / Re: 7.19 - It's Just Like Riding a Bike on: April 30, 2007, 09:56:20 am
I think one of my favorite parts of the episode (besides the return of ranting Luke) was Doyle not letting Paris break up with him. A)It was good to see Doyle have a backbone and B)It just proves that they are great together, he got what she was doing completely, called her on it, and isn't going to let her win that easily. Just what Paris needs!

I am very excited for this weeks episode! Just one more day!

**WooHoo 100 posts!!!**

I loved this episode. Luke and Lorelai sparring like before. And when he come back to her house at the end of the episodeand tells her about the engine, just the look on her face! I'm so excited!

8  Gilmore Girls / General Discussion / Re: Who wants Gilmore Girls in HD? on: April 26, 2007, 05:40:06 pm
You say widescreen before HD, however you do not realize that HD is ORIGINALLY filmed in Widescreen....all HD is always widescreen plus a 10 times better picture.....you don't realize how much better it is until you get a good TV and HD....

I have seen it and I'm just not that impressed yet, sorry. And no I didn't realize that HD was originally filmed in widescreen, but I don't see what that has to do with me wanting wide screen before HD, you can have widescreen without HD.

Yeah I would prefer widescreen before HD. Personally I see HD is over rated right now. I say right now because of the limited availability. Why an I gonna pay $10 extra a month, plus buy extra cables, and pay an extra fee for a new box to get 9 channels. It's ridiculous. Cable is expensive enough as it is!

1) Kristin is clearly stilll banned from the Gg set, even two years later, even after the Palladinos have left. At the very least, those Pissy Pollly rumors left her with very little access to anyone from the show unless they're at a public event. (And even then, I think Lauren rightfully still won't let Kristin get anywhere near her.)

Wait....what? I don't believe I've ever heard that story. Someone want to fill me in or send me a link to a story? That sounds very interesting! Thanks!

I don't know anything about this story either. Can someone fill us in?

Yea, totally. It's:

I went there and it says that there are not anymore tickets available for next fall (yes I'm planning on going once the Girls come back for season 8! - the power or positive thinking baby!). Anyway, does anyone know if it's just too early to buy for next fall or if they really are sold out already?

**(I know I've said it on here before bur for those who haven't read it, I am a flight attendant) Ok, so I just found out that the hotel we stay at in Burbank is 2.7 miles from the Warner brother lot......2.7 I am so going on a tour the next time I have a long enough overnight in Burbank! And I will go on one next fall when they are filming season 8!***
12  Episode Discussion / Season 7 / Re: 7.18 - Hay Bale Maze on: April 21, 2007, 07:39:20 am
Holy Hay Bail Maze Batman!

Ok so I just got to watch the episode last night because I had been our of town, and to save myself from spoileryness I stayed away from the thread until now so I have not read the last 15 pages, but I will, I just wanted to post what I thought before reading all of what everyone else thought!

I loved this episode! Michele was perfect, the bird watching! I will say that the apologies inside the maze seemed a little contrived, but I liked them anyway, it took long enough for them to happen! And the part where Rory and Logan were standing in line for the maze and he says he doesn't want to be factored in, and she takes it wrong, but he explains himself, I thought that was really cute. Then in the maze when he goes her direction, liked that very much! Smiley I do think waiting for the fellowship is a smart move for her, and I hope that it works out we'll just have to wait and see about that. Good townsfolk interaction in this one. Kirk on stilts! Taylor getting crazy about the maze. I like that we got to see everyone, Miss Patty, Babbette and Maury, Gypsy. It was nice. And seeing in all through Logans eyes was cool too, cause we know all these folks, how crazy and quirky they are, but to get to see someone else discover it too was great. I just wish Rory had brought him to the town meeting! And Luke with a bracelet, nice! I also liked how Lorelia and April were very friendly. Anyway, as you can tell I really liked the episode! I can't wait for next week!

K I'll go back and read the last 15 pages and see if there is anything else I want to comment on! Smiley

I am so excited about this latest development! I would of course prefer a full season but I'll settle for 16 or 13 episodes if it means I get my girls for a little while longer! Keep up the great work ladies, and gentelmen!!
