Gilmore Girls / Appreciation Threads / Re: Lorelai Gilmore / Lauren Graham Appreciation

Just a thought! If anyone here has gone to see or plans to go see Lauren in Guys and Dolls, maybe you would be willing to write a little review of the show. Also, if you were able to meet or just see her after the show at the stage door. Maybe share pictures if you got any. I don't know if there are people here who don't go to other forums to see what they have. If not, it would be nice for them to hear about your expierences. Maybe, even there is some one here who doesn't go to other forums, but has seen the show, it would be nice to hear from you. Like I said, it is just a thought.
Michelle (wmushell) went and took some photos. I thought she might have come by here to post about it and show some of those photos but I guess not. I have some copies though so I will scan then in and post them sometime soon. And happy birthday Lauren. It's actually the day after where I live but for all intents and purposes I guess this is the correct time to post this message to her.

This is a little late, but the reason for the block on starting new topics in the general boards is because the general feel was after so many years of the show and forum existing, pretty much every topic required had been thought of and posted. A lot of duplicate threads were being created because people were to lazy to search through the 8 existing pages of topics.
However Heidi always made it known that if you thought of a great topic that wasn't already represented, she would start it for you on request.

Hey Mel. Well I stopped advancing in the weekly Viewing Party posts because participation has pretty much dried up, including myself.
With all the current shows I am watching I just kind of ran out of time to view and post about it. I always have plenty to say on each episode though, and would continue if others were contributing. So I guess if a few people posted their interest here I will continue making posts for a weekly viewing.
Let me know!

I'm looking forward to seeing this. I haven't watched ER in years, but I look forward to seeing Alexis in something other than the role of Rory as I haven't really seen her in much else. Congrats to her for getting in the finale. Too bad she didn't get in the George Clooney episode - that would have been awesome. But the final ever episode is not a bad coup either.

Cheri: if you put all the stuff in blue in your code area it will work. Here is what you need. Start with [img] then ad http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c174/dancer1012/Org%20Awards%202008/longest_posts-1.jpg then put the end image code in at the end which is the same as the start with a / after the opening bracket lol. Long way around I know but it's all I can think off to put right now. Forget how I used to show people now. Congratulations to all those who one. ANd congratulations to the organisers of this years (last years) awards. It's a huge effort to co-ordinate something like that (Speaking from experience) and you guys did fantasticly. And can I just say that I think this year having different people do the graphics worked wonderfully. They look awesome!!!!! And finally thanks to all who voted for me. I'm chuffed to have been nominated, never mind winning stuff so thanks a bazillion! Long live GG.

I never went to Marysville, but i went to Healesville, close by it is tragic to hear about what happened.
xx m.
Thanks for all the kind thoughts Org'ers. Marlies: As of late yesterday afternoon, even Healesville was partially under threat. I'm not sure how things have gone overnight, but I'm hoping that firefighters were able to contain and prevent any damage there. Especially peoples homes and the wildlife sanctuary.
