31  Gilmore Girls / Spoilers / Re: Discussion of Spoilers on: March 24, 2006, 07:29:40 PM
I *do* want them to get back together though, and I hope they end as a couple. I think after the whole injury thing Logan will definitely be changed. I don't think you can go through a near death experience with out reevaluating your priorities.

I ditto all of the above. I always though there was a bit more chemistry between Lorelai and Chris, vs Luke. I know it won't happen, but I'd love to see them together. He *is* a good guy deep down, and definitely cares about his Lorelais.

If the spoiler is true...I wonder if it'll be one of those last ditch proposals? A la, Logan lying near death on a bed asking Rory to marry him?

Exactly... Logan's inexperience with a real relationship is I think what caused it. But the fact that he was able to realize he couldn't go back to being the one night stand guy anymore showed, me at least, that he really does belong with Rory. I think Rory definitely need to take a step back and look at the whole situation. You're right, one big misunderstanding.

Hi!

I'd guess I'll be going by Midnight around these parts. I love Gilmore Girls with a seething passion. I've watched pretty faithfully (although I lasped in parts of seasons 3 and 4). I've been a-lurking for a while, getting spoilers Tongue Sadly, I'm a spoiler addict and I'd love to go spree (but I dont think I can stop now Cheesy). Great forum, I look forward to posting

I wasn't shocked when I saw this episode, I mean, Logan is pushed as a ladies man. I hope they get back together though. I love them as a couple; they have great chemistry and I know Logan loves Rory. He made a mistake, and I dont think its different from Rory sleeping with a married Dean. Plus, Logan *thought* they were broken up, so techinically, he didn't cheat on her.

I love R/L. But marriage? Isn't a bit soon? But I think if they DID get married, it would work. Logan seems very dedicated to helping and supporting Rory (Logan to the rescue and the newspaper?) and I think they'd make a good couple. I *want* them to make it, if the rumors of a marriage are true. A divorce would just be more soap opera-y dramaish for me. If there is going to be a wedding, make it last.

Hi there Smiley

I've just delurked myself, and I love Gilmore Girls, alot. I am a Rory/Logan shipper, and I love the character of Logan in general. He's human. To me, the BR episode just showed to me that he was lonely and confused with out Rory, and I truly believe he loves her. He's done so much to win her back, and I think they complement eachother perfectly. The thing I like about Logan is his semi-parallel to Lorelai- kid rebelling against rich parents. He seems genuine, and to me, a lot less angsty than Jess Wink Now, looking back and reading that, it looks like a cliché. You people are much better at expressing it.

A very cliched hello,
